This was an excellent winter holiday for us as it was very relaxing and very peaceful with plenty of opportunity to do what you wanted to do when you wanted to do it.  There was an excellent supply of utensils for self catering but you were close enough to amenities to go out for a meal or a drink if you wanted to.  The staff were very helpful and there was a excellent spread at breakfast prepared by Sara and her assistants

A fortnight of relaxation, peace and quiet

This complex was perfect from arrival to checking out, very helpful, friendly staff, spotless everywhere, great food and the bungalows were superb.
A very relaxing holiday with not one single complaint, we were so happy to have decided to stay here. The bungalows are very spacious and private with absolutely everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The maids are basically around everyday unless you put your do not disturb sign out. Really comfortable beds with extra blankets etc in the wardrobe if needed, double length shower with great water pressure, full sized fridge freezer, microwave/oven, kettle , toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery and utensils you need to be self catering.
Outside table, chairs and sunbeds which we used in the afternoons as the sun was on our terrace then. Lots of clothes storage, drawers and hangers in the bedroom, the superior bungalows come with air con in the main living space and bedroom.
Large safe which we only had to pay a 10 euro refundable deposit, free pool towels if required and 2 door keys . The pool is immaculate as are all the grounds surrounding the complex, lots of sunbeds but no parasols as there are plenty of pals etc to get shade if required. Pre pool showers, warm water jacuzzi , the pool is a bit cold but once your shoulders were under was fine. Great food and choice of drinks at the snack bar and reasonably priced was only open 12pm - 5pm most days as was December.
Free fruit, drinking water and sweets in reception which was a really nice touch, loads of seating areas out the front, back and inside the reception area. Right outside the complex are the bus stops, on the hotel side you can catch bus 30 to Palma and visit the poema del mar aquarium which is absolutely stunning, 6 euros each way and entry fee is around 25 euros per adult, ask for catalina, which is the last stop and a underground bus station, just go up the escalator and turn right there are clear signs to the aquarium. There is a shopping complex in between the bus station and aquarium up another escalator, hard to see it is there from the pavement.
On the opposite side of the hotel you can get bus 32 which takes you to Mogan, go on a Friday to see the market on  9am - 3pm, the bus stop in Mogan is right by the market , beach and shopping centre only 6 euros each way. 
On any bus return ask for avenue de bonn and you will be back at the stops by the bungalows, always the next stop after the Yumbo centre just press the bell before your stop.
The Yumbo centre is only 5 minute walk away, go right out of the bungalows then right again and continue walking straight until you see the  yumbo centre on your left slightly set back from the main road. Fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants open to the early hours, something for everyone.
Go left out of the bungalows and take the 2nd road on your left there is a large supermarket, restaurants and bars. 
Do the same but take the first road on the right will take you to another shopping centre called Cita and there will be a sign to the beach which will take you to the massive strip along the promenade of bars, shops and restaurants.
If you want great food especially steaks then try Godo Blanco restaurant it is roughly in the middle of the strip, another is Cactus which is cheaper but no where near as good, though the staff were very friendly.

10/10 Staff, Cleanliness, Bungalows, Food and Atmosphere

Nice hotel a little dated the rooms could do with a bit of a make over but was ok for 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need and clean. The complex is well kept the pools are nice as is the grassed area. It's a quiet place convenient for buses to. A bit of a walk to main beach and 92 steps!!!! Or further along not so many.  Would use again if was in another area. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice little park for the kiddies and crazy golf.

Quiet

The best break away I needed! The hotel was very friendly , close to the beach and shops . The hotel staff are amazing! They really look after you . The bungalows are very clean and have everything you need for self catering . A home away from home . 100% recommend this hotel and a special thanks to Marta on the reception.

Amazing and comfortable

When we arrived there was a queue to check in and only one lady on reception. Credit to her as she remained calm, friendly and efficient throughout. The grounds are lovely, as is the pool. Unfortunately no umbrellas. The pool bar was closed most of the time, hubby went to get an ice cream when it was open to be told they hadn’t got any due to the machine being broken. The rooms are extremely dated which makes them look dirty. The first thing that hit me when entering the bungalow was the smell, I can only describe as mothballs. I’m extremely allergic to cats and one must have been in the room as I struggled to breathe most of the time. I’m a light sleeper and was lucky to get a couple of hours rest due to being on the roadside and the noise from coaches all through the night was horrendous. It wasn’t just the constant noise but the air pollution the coaches and traffic were kicking out, further aggravating my asthma. Out of the 10 days we were there by day 5 I just wanted to go home. The sheets weren’t changed while we were there. If you like quiet this is ideal- apart from the traffic noise.

Wouldn’t go back!
