The Caserio Hotel is certainly the place to be in Gran Canaria. The hotel boasts an impressive location, right in the heart of the popular resort of Playa del Ingles and just 300 metres from the glorious sandy beach. From the moment you step through the door of the Caserio Hotel and see its bright, spacious reception, you'll feel your cares and stresses simply drop away. This family run holiday hotel has fantastic facilities and the very best location in Playa del Ingles – just a few steps from the beach and the main promenade. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel too so exploring the area is made easy.
Good service is all part of the deal so you'll be made to feel very welcome. As well as being very well presented, the hotel has a modern and luxurious feel with vibrant colours, well-designed communal areas and of course a stunning swimming pool. There's even a pool bar so you can lie back and enjoy a cool drink poolside.
Your relaxation is top of the agenda so perhaps you'll be tempted to try the sauna and jacuzzi on site? These are complimentary and can be enjoyed at your leisure – as can the gym if you feel more energetic. For a small fee, you can also indulge in a relaxing massage to soothe away your worries.
As you would expect from a hotel of this calibre, the rooms are comfortable, tastefully furnished and fully air conditioned. Each has a private balcony, satellite television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and minibar. For a small fee, a safe and wi-fi are also available. Please note upon arrival the hotel will ask for a €150 deposit.

Ideally located close to the centre of Playa del Ingles, the Hotel Caserio is family run and offers excellent service to guests. It is situated just 300 metres from the beach where a variety of watersports are on offer and the nearby attractive promenade features a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
The hotel offers a large pool and guests can enjoy the sauna, gym and jacuzzi completely free of charge or indulge in a massage (at a fee).
I’ve just finished my 6th holiday at Hotel Caserio, and once again, from start to finish, everything was perfect! The food was lovely, the service was excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The beds are so comfortable — I honestly get such a good night’s sleep here and wake up feeling fresh every morning. The showers are also amazing, with such a powerful water pressure! A special mention has to go to Daniel on reception. He is such an amazing member of staff and went above and beyond for me during my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his kindness and helpfulness really made a difference. ❤️ Javiar at the bar is always polite, friendly He gives everyone excellent service and is always working so hard to make sure guests are looked after. And it was so lovely to see my favourite member of staff again, Richard. I absolutely love this guy! He is such a lovely, genuine gentleman and is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back to Hotel Caserio time and time again. ❤️ I’ve already booked again for my 7th visit in May 2027 and I honestly can’t wait to return! Great Hotel, fabulous location, spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily. Hotel staff friendly and cant do enough for you. Im fussy with food but found something I liked every night. Fantastic poolside entertainment staff Javiar is an asset to the Hotel hes sooo funny. Would highly recommend and if we return to Gran Canaria we will stay here.
I never return to the same place, but made an exception for Hotel Caserio. I can see further investment in the hotel from the previous year, all new sun loungers and daybeds around the pool, and aircon units in the rooms we were allocated on the 7th floor, for example.
However, what made the holiday special again was the interaction with the staff. This was especially important this year as my dad had passed away the day before our break, so it had been a very difficult decision to travel.
Great to see the likes of Alexis to take care of us at breakfast. Valentina and Javier did a great job with the daily entertainment which was fantastic for adults and my teenage girls alike. The bar staff were also amazing, special shout out to Salem. Epi and Filpae and Richard.
A third year, you never know! Well done team !

This is now my 5th visit to my favourite hotel in Gran Canaria, and once again it has been amazing. The hotel is always spotless, and the housekeeping staff work incredibly hard to keep everything looking fresh and clean. I would especially like to thank Daniel on reception, who was totally polite and professional throughout my stay. He made every effort to arrange a late check-out for me, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the young girl on reception was absolutely lovely and very welcoming.
The restaurant food was amazing as always. Chefs work incredibly hard.
I personally want to thank Richard in the restaurant. I absolutely love this guy — he is what makes Hotel Caserio so special.
