This beautiful hotel is locate at a walking distance from the sandy beach Playa del Ingles. Links to the public transport network are to be found only about 300 m away. Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, is approximately 55 km away while the Gran Canaria airport can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. Guests can sample the culinary delights of the onsite pub and café. Guests may select breakfast, lunch and dinner from a buffet. The wonderful outdoor pool area will be everyone’s favourite place since it is perfect to sunbathe or have a refreshing swim. The rooms are decorated with soothing colours and are equipped with the essential amenities needed to have a comfortable and memorable stay.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities including an outdoor pool and bicycles to rent. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a television in a common area.
Nice looking hotel and spacious rooms. We felt it was not geared towards British guests. The food was lukewarm at best and although there was a good selection of individual foods they were not well matched to make a meal. For example there was pasta or spaghetti but no sauces to go with it. The bar often ran out of glasses in the evening and so guests were served in paper cups. Understandable round the pool through the day but not at night. The tv in the room had no English channels and reception confirmed this to be the case. The fridge in our room was warm inside. We reported it 3 times but nothing was done. On the 3rd time reception said it was a minibar not a fridge and so wouldn’t get cold. Not much use when the weather was over 30 degrees. On our last day we took a courtesy room and guess what, the fridge in there was cold ! The WiFi was very poor and we kept having to switch back to 5g which quickly ate up all our overseas data so we had to buy some more. There were broken sunbeds and broken umbrellas round the pool.
Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms, great food and lovely staff! Will definitely be coming back!
Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants as well as the beach
The location is okay, close to the beach, shops and restaurants a close walk and the market right outside the hotel. The actual hotel was great, very clean and modern as well. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable with a big bathroom and balcony. However, the food was extremely disappointing, not much selection at all only around 6-8 (if that to be honest) hot dishes and then salad. I would say it’s catered more towards German guests. In the restaurant there is a coffee and drink machine with coke, sprite etc which would get extremely busy and the glasses were genuinely tiny so would get barely any drink in them. They were very short staffed so you would be lucky to find a clean table pretty much every single time we went in there we had to clean our own table and look around for cutlery. As for the flies I actually didn’t see flies all over the food and the whole time I was there didn’t see barely any! The bar that was open at night was a joke to be honest, one bar man in a tiny room, we were queuing for around 15 minutes to get a drink! The guests are mainly German and weren’t the friendliest many were very rude. The entertainment team are all German didn’t once speak to us and only really engage with German guests, everything is done in German.
Absolutely don’t come here. Flies on all the food. Been here 4 days complained many times and apparently they are talking to pest control but nothing has changed and other reviews here and on Facebook state the fly problem has been ongoing for months at least, yet the hotel are still serving food which has multiple flies on it. Mostly a German hotel, pool is ok but no pool bar food accept sandwiches. Entertainment is a bit pants. Singer tonight was good. Food is very samey each night. All Inc bar of an evening has a bit queue and I lyn1 person working it. Definitely won’t be back! My advise book somewhere else! The photos I’ve added are over each meal time each day Thursday-Sunday. This is a snap shot of 5/ 10 min being in the restaurant. The food is out for much longer than the time I spent each time taking photos so you can imagine how many time and how many flies are landing on all the food !!
Was sold as asked for a British hotel being put in a German hotel as paid all inclusive, food was for Germans just a basic buffet,couldn't understand day or night entertainment,had my 10year old daughter couldn't understand why the food was terrible,plenty of flies covering your food,cost me additional 600 euros for us to eat out, TUI said we will send a email to apologise, hotel needs a fair bit of work
