This amazingly hotel is situated on a central location on the famous Playa del Inglés, in the southern part of Gran Canaria. The airport is conveniently just about 2 km car ride away from the complex. The hotel offers rooms that come equipped with cosy beds and all the necessary amenities they need to have the best experience. For travellers comfort, the rooms are decorated to make them feel welcomed and comfortable. Diving into the pool, sunbathing, relaxing under the shadow of an umbrella or going to the beach are just a few things guests will have the pleasure to experience. Visitors can have a delicious meal or spend a lovely evening in the bar. If visitors prefer to explore the surroundings, there are restaurants where to go to taste different flavours or have a nice meal.
Dip into one of the 4 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a fitness centre and bicycles to rent. This Mediterranean hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).

Day 4 out of 11 review.
Very good experience from the minute we walked in the building. Reception was so welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Food is good! For an all inclusive hotel, they deliver very high food and service in the dining area. The animation team is fun and very good at including young and adults for activities. And the evening shows for the whole family is 10/10! Been at plenty hotels with shows, but this one is really professional! Highly recommend this place. Really good!
We are a family. 35 year old man, 34 year old woman and 3 year old daughter.
Good points:-
Reception team great. Animation team were friendly and worked hard. Splash park and slides area was great, our little girl loved it. Room ideally located on 2nd floor with a view of the main pools.
Food always hot and quickly replenished.
I think overall it was a good hotel.
Improvement points:-
The slides clearly state on a huge notice board that children under 8 need to be accompanied by an adult... one of us always accompanied our daughter down the big slide. The life guard (older shorter guy) when he was not on his phone seemed to change the rules refuarly. He would be ok with parents accompanying very young children down the slides and then when he got bored would blow his whistle and come over and point to a smaller hans written sign that says slides are exckusively for under 13s. So this contradicts what the main notice said.
I was also not keen on having to scan our cards and being challeneged when i left this at the pool to eat lunch, this was embaressing and I am not sure of the logic of this but the staff can clearly see guests have all inclusive bands on their wrists so asking them to scan their room card on an ipad before entry would be permitted was in my view, a little unnecessary. If this is for data purposes on who is using it and when then surely the room number should be fine?
We have stayed at the continetal (sister hotel) several times before and have to say the continental comes out on top of this hotel. We would probably not return to this hotel when we next visit and stick to the continental.
Animation team. Fabulous! The energy, talent and friendliness that these people have is incredible. To be so upbeat every day (and you really notice it on their days off when they’re not around, the external evening entertainment brought in was not our thing). We saw the ‘Wednesday Adams ‘ production on our last night and quite honestly every one of them on stage could walk into a London West end show! Special shout out to Alejandro, Javi and Anya (sorry I didn’t know the others names) but guy with blond hair we loved watching your children’s disco ! So entertaining and we didn’t have kids with us! Oh and Oscar who just started on the team but we know he’ll be a great addition ! Super friendly.
If you can, upgrade to a private pool room. The main pool area is very busy and quite squashed in, not enough sunbeds (September) but the sunbeds in these rooms have comfortable mattresses on and it’s nice and peaceful to escape the busy main pool.
Food, was ok. However, I’ve read other reviews about not labelling food. I struggled with this as i have a fish allergy and nearly mistakenly ate tuna believing it to be chicken. A lot of the rice dishes had prawns. Also the burgers at the snack bar, delicious but ran out quickly and not replaced very often.
We had a deluxe room but air con was not very cold. Temperatures were 38 degrees during our stay so when we put the air con on maximum there was an awful rattle sounding like a bag of spanner’s all night so had to turn it off. We reported this via the online app on the Sunday morning which was marked as resolved on the Monday and instructions to say an engineer would come round but when we left on the Thursday it had still not been looked at.
Room was clean but well used. Cleaners were polite and friendly. Beds are like single camp beds on a metal base pushed together. Mini bar in room was a nice touch, replaced daily with cans and water. Pool towels were also nice touch with this room and could get them replaced for clean dry ones whenever needed
