Amazing Location, Amazing Hotel, Wonderful Staff
Stayed at the Livvo hotel in Puerto Mogan which was absolutely amazing. Its the 2nd time visiting & there will definitely be a 3rd. There is nothing to fault with this hotel. It just ticks all the boxes. The food is amazing. The place is always clean. The staff are fabulous always willing for a chat and always have a smile Ricardo, the manager is so helpful and always smiling even when he is walking around the hotel, always takes time for his guests, whilst booking & including our vacation the team could not have helped us any more. It is slightly more expensive than the average but trust me you get what you pay for. It’s the ultimate location in the most relaxed place we have ever stayed, and the steps into the sea for swimming are just the icing on the cake
Fantastic hotel
Just returned from the livvo, fabulous hotel in a perfect position. Rooms They are very spacious with a walk in shower, huge bed and a fridge, you get some complimentary drinks and snacks and then two bottles of water every day as well as a couple of chocolate. We had a ground floor room with a terrace leading onto the pool are which I would highly recommend. Food Was lovely at both breakfast and evening meal, a different theme every night and the staff in the restaurant work so hard and are really lovely. Rooftop terrace Was open 3 nights a week with entertainment on. Fantastic views over the marina and the beach. Not sure why it’s not open every night as we would have spent a lot more time up there instead of walking into the town. Also note the poolside bar closes at 5.30 so they can get ready for the evening meal, so if you want a drink after you’ve eaten have eaten it’s a walk into the town. Pool Was really lovely, although a bit on the warm side, not one for cooling down after laying in the sun, could be very busy at times and struggled to find a bed on some days. A lot of the beds are saved for hours on end with no one actually on them which is very frustrating
All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone if you want a nice relaxing holiday, it’s in a perfect position and the staff are fantastic, will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel. Also would recommend the dolphin boat trip either from the hotel or Puerto Rico
Fantastic day pass
My daughter and I had a wonderful day with a day pass spent at the hotel It was all we hoped it would be and more . The day is fantastic value for money right from towels being provided to 3 course lunch The spa is beautiful however the Bali beds heated swimming pool access straight into the sea and views to people watch all day were the best for us . Staff super friendly and wonderful food . Will be our priority to book a day again on another visit to Gran canaries
One of the best!
This was our first stay on Gran Canaria and we were so pleased with our choice of location and hotel. Puerto de Mogan is a beautiful quiet town and Hotel Livvo was beyond expectations. There were so many extras provided and the staff from reception to restaurant to room were all so lovely and helpful. We were half board and enjoyed the range of food available both at breakfast and in the evening. What a treat to find 'English' bacon and Lincolnshire sausages served at breakfast! We also enjoyed the direct access into the sea from the pool area - perfect for cooling down because the pool water was rather warm. I would love to think that we will return to this hotel soon

Pure relaxation in beautiful setting
This is my second year in the hotel previously stayed in the apartments (also recommended ). This is my most favourite place to stay. Total relaxation. Hotel go above and beyond to make your stay great. The staff are amazing. From the little touches in the room by the maids to the waiter service on the beds. I must also say a huge thanks to our holiday waiter Gregory Trinez who was outstanding! Really made our holiday. See you next year!
