Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Absolutely stunning hotel ,perfect location so pretty,rooms are lovely and the added treats are fabulous.The staff are amazing and can not do enough for you ,one of the best buffet breakfast ever and the evening buffet is amazing.The location is suburb and the pool perfect ,also the steps to the sea is so good .The hotel is excellent and beautiful will be returning soon xxxx
Beautiful location. Hotel is lovely warm and welcoming.
Welcome drink on arrival, lovely touch, all the little touches in the room made it more special.
We had a superior room facing onto the harbour and so lovely and peaceful sitting out in the balcony in the late evening.
Staff all amazing, nothing a problem for any of them.
All so attentive and wanting you to enjoy your holiday.
Pool lovely and warm and the rooftop sunbeds were lovely as so peaceful up there.
The spa was an added bonus and most enjoyable.
Everything local to the hotel just outside the door.
Only downside - the beds are just too hard, even with a mattress topper being added.
Definitely will be coming back again and highly recommend to others wanting a relaxing and chilled out hotel and surroundings.

Just back from yet another fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel, it's my second time this year and I'm going back again for Christmas. Every thing from the tastefully decorated rooms with great views either overlooking the pool and sea or the pretty marina are so relaxing. The food was all great with plenty of choices and i nice setting in the restaurant overlooking the sea. What really makes this holiday are the fantastic staff, they cannot do enough for you and are all so kind and friendly and aways stop for a little chat when they are out serving you around the pool. They are always smiling which shows how much they love working there.l would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.
Fifth time here and it is our cotton wool place where we feel cocooned in comfort tranquility and relaxation.The hotel is situated between the beach and the marina and all the rooms have water views.The hotel has been refurbished and to a high quality with lovely walk in showers and a pillow menu.Mini bar stocked with soft drinks and water replenished daily.The spa is excellent with a sauna and water jet pool.However the main attraction for us is the staff.From Daniel to Yasmani to the lovely lady waitresses nothing is too much trouble.Breakfast buffet is excellent with all you could want and choice of fresh omelettes,poached or fried eggs.Cava and Bloody Marys on offer but only tried the cava!Access to the sea via steps and feeding the fish was a highlight.Evening meal there was plenty of choice but sometimes dishes were tepid.Disappointed that afternoon tea had stopped and entertainment on the roof.We have booked for next year but in an apartment so we can eat out in the evening but still enjoy the hotel’s facilities and have b and b
Great location in Puerto Mogan. Shops, bars, restaurants nearby. Close to the beach and sea views all round. Very quiet, nosie wise despite proximity to everything. Loved the fact that there was no loud thumping music at the hotel or nearby. But would have liked more evening entertainment (not party/disco). The bar could be made better for after dinner drinks and rooftop area bar was not open...why? Enjoyed the food, breakfasts fab and dinner buffets were very good with loads of choice. All the staff were helpful and we never had to wait or queue for anything. Loved the direct access to the sea and the pool was great. Having stayed in the hotel on half board we have already rebooked for next year and will try an apartment on B+B so we are able to eat out in the evenings.
