The property also offers delicious delights along with agreeable surroundings. The spending rooms are nicely decorated with soothing colours and come equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant and unforgettable stay.
Dip into one of the 9 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a lazy river and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, babysitting (surcharge) and an arcade/games room.

We recently stayed at the Lopesan Baobab Resort, paying nearly 300 euros per night, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and far from five-star standards, probably more a 3 star now. My disappointment is all the greater because I know this group very well: I stayed at the Baobab for three consecutive years, in addition to past stays at other properties by the same management (Villa del Conde, Catarina, Dunamar, and Buenaventura). Precisely because of this long-standing loyalty, I expected a completely different level of quality. Here are the main critical issues we encountered during our stay: Arrival and Room: Upon arrival, the room was not ready (though not a problem, as we went out for lunch). However, upon returning, the double bed had not been prepared as requested (request made during online check in), forcing us to ask the staff to intervene, it took 5 minutes for them to join the bed and make it up...
Condition and Odors: The furnishings are in desperate need of an update, and the curtains even had holes in them. Furthermore, the room frequently had a terrible odor an issue we already experienced last year and which, judging by other reviews, seems to be a known defect related to the bathroom drainage.
Room Amenities (5 stars?): It is absurd not to provide an electric kettle in the room. I asked to have one in the room and it was provided, but nothing else, i had to ask two cups from the bar. I asked also i could have had two bags of tea or decaffeinated coffee and i've been told that i had to pay for it...no comment I went then to reception and i was told they only provide the kettle and cups and if i wanted them i could have ordered the coffee bags (we are talking about two bags of nescafè) through room service... Bathroom amenietes, none provided, i remember their kits with shower cap and so on.
Linens: Our two bathrobes were regularly collected by housekeeping but never replaced with clean ones; we were only saved by the kindness of the cleaning lady, from whom we had to request extra towels.
Catering: The food quality at the Baobab is very low compared to past years (fortunately, we managed to make up for it by having the buffet dinner at the Costa Meloneras, which was of a superior quality). Given the very high number of children present, it would be appropriate to create a dedicated restaurant area for those who want to eat in peace.
The only bright spot was the impeccable level of cleanliness and the extraordinary kindness and professionalism of the operational staff (restaurant and housekeeping). They are fantastic people, but it is truly a pity that the ownership and management do not show the same enthusiasm as their employees. Being a frequent business traveller, I suggest to the management to travel in a proper 5 star hotel to see what a reception staff should behave and how to provide a service worth 300 euros per night... Definitely not sure i will go back again...but i will choose other properties like Villa Del Conde or Costa Meloneras.
Fantastic hotel , very clean , delicious fresh food and fantastic pools
Great place for families and kids, with lots to do and see. Gardens and decor are just mesmerizing. Rooms are average, very noisy, and cleanliness needs improvement and extra attention. A bit low-standard for a 5-star hotel; could be much better. Just being honest.
