This great bungalow complex is beautifully located in Maspalomas resort, at approximately 2.7 km from the nearest beach. Guests will be able to find a number of shopping and entertainment sites within walking distance as well as the nearest public transport links. The airport is just about 20-minute drive away. The property offers a wonderful and colourful outdoor pool area where guests will love to spend a sunny and warm day sunbathing or having a refreshing swim. They can also enjoy a delicious dinner in the onsite restaurant. The rooms are nicely decorated and are equipped with all the essentials to have a pleasant and memorable stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
As usual, staff excelent, food great new revamp of Bungalows , fantastic job done, revamp of downstairs downstairs eating area and pool bar, special mention to Nourdine,Alberto Fran Ariena, fran, Alex, and Javi , and Nicole in reservations, josie and Santibin reception and new guy Sar, exceptional service the owner Domingo as very special man, not afraid to help out when needs be, love this place, our home away from hone
I highly discourage you from booking this place. The whole bungalow looks very much different than what is portrayed on the websites such as Booking or Tui. First of all, the whole house is in a need of renovation, as it definitely has 90s interior and the quality of the furniture. The kitchen is extremely small and falling apart. The balcony door needs a lot of strength in order to open it. The AC is very old and even when we turned it off multiple times before sleeping, it turned itself on back again after a few minutes which resulted in a lot of cold air. The main disadvantage is „the reservation of sunbeds”. In the whole area you can see signs saying it is strictly prohibited but in reality, nobody cares. People left their towels for the night, and everything was already taken at 6 in the morning (the pool opened at 9). The amount of dead cockroaches outside was concerning as well. The breakfast was actually pretty good, while dinner seemed low quality, everything was very oily. There were around 30 parking spaces around the whole object, whereas the number of the bungalows was probably more than 200. It resulted in having to park around 15 minutes away from the place. Last but not least, in the shower you could see something which looked like mold.
We stayed in August 2026 with my family. Here is my honest opinion - please read until the end.
● Reception - Arrived approx 11.15pm, to be welcomed by a lovely friendly guy on reception - check in quick and easy, also given a little packed lunch each with water - nice touch, as we had been delayed, G.C airport a nightmare incoming. All reception staff are extremely helpful. The bus drops you off on the roadside 150m from the hotel, use the path on your left or you will get stuck as cars are parked on all sides and on the path, so it's a little tricky late at night.
● Rooms A bungalow with 2 floors, does need some updating and improvement. Pull out double bed on the ground floor, easy enough to pull in and out. All beds and pillows are comfy. Rooms are small, but you don't spend much time in them. Air con in the bedroom did cool both floors, which was a god send in the recent heat wave. Cooking section we didn't use, fridge with freezer part, stocked with water on arrival - again nice touch.
Pool ● Looks like a new pool, cleaned daily and extremely clean, small steps with a grab rail to enter and also the usual ladder steps. Graduated pool depth and life guards there daily, focused and doing their job. No rings or inflatables which I didn't mind. The surrounding pool area is small, not enough beds or parasols for everyone. You are literally lying on top of the person next to you. Loungers all allocated with towels well before 7am. Pool activities, all announced in Spanish, not any other language this is a 95% Spanish guest hotel, not that we minded.
Food ● A lovely choice for a 3 star, I was impressed. Mix of pasta, salad bar was nice, meats cooked in front of you, ice cream and desserts, soup, pizza one evening was delicious. Always something to choose from. Aircon needs to be turned cooler in the restaurant, as it does get very hot down there, also I don't think the lift was working during our stay, as everyone was carrying their sleeping babies down the steps.
Bar ● Only 1 bar in this hotel, staff helpful and not too long to queue. No self service drinks only tea/coffee self service. Snack bar here too, a selection of chips, burgers, deserts, ice cream. This small bar area doubles up as a snack bar and evening entertainment area. Unfortunately no aircon in this area, only a few ceiling fans, it's absolutely boiling hot, even on a night, so we did not stay for any entertainment, for this reason.
Cleaners ● Didn't clean thoroughly, quick bed make up, towel and loo roll change, no bed sheets changed during our stay and floors not mopped, I don't think even swept although all cleaners were very friendly.
● Shop on-site Open 8am - 10pm, stocked lots, if you needed anything, as no other shops close by.
●Safe deposit box In a little area next to reception, it was a bit like a harry potter scene - £18 to hire for a week with £10 deposit, which was returned on return of the key and receipt.
● Area A walk up some steps behind the hotel will lead you up to the main road to Playa del Ingles, then a 30min downhill walk - 5.50 Euros in a taxi back. Be careful of the scamming lady with the massive fake wound on her leg, near the Yumbo centre, extremely distressing to see, as at first you think it's real.
When walking home, do not walk back down the steps in the dark, it's lethal, no lights at all. Continue your walk around the botanical gardens which only takes another 5mins. Next door is a botanical garden, which is free - lots of plants and beautiful butterflies.
Directly outside the hotel requires some improvement, big bins full spewing with waste onto the path for days and days, not great walking past that each day. Also difficult to get from the path to the actual entrance of the hotel, due to broken paths, barriers and parked cars, access would be difficult if you have a buggy, definitely not wheelchair friendly.
● Shuttle Bus - is free and does have aircon, takes you to maspalomas beach, 1st bus is 9.50am it takes approx 45mins, stopping at other hotels, next collection is 3.30pm, a taxi is approx 7 euros each way.
Problems ● A school trip of teenagers took over the hotel on our 2nd day, although all were extremely well behaved - there were 51 of them in total including chaperones. Such a small hotel means they dominated in large groups the pool, sun beds, restaurant and communal areas. This has a massive impact on such a small hotel and when you have booked a small quiet hotel for a family holiday. Large groups of teenagers surrounded us, which isn't ideal, the atmosphere changed and it became a hostel not a family hotel. We came back multiple times from lunch to find kids lounging on our towels, moved parasols and beds, not enough beds to accommodate a massive amount of teenagers around a small pool area. I would not have booked this hotel, if I was aware that a large school party would be staying. TUI advised me on my return, they can not stop other customers booking hotels. I have recently seen another trip advisor review stating the same, so it must be a regular occurrence.
● Check out - 12pm, our flight pick up 6pm. To make everyone aware, at 12pm, your all-inclusive bands are cut off and your all inclusive STOPS, you are offered a day pass at a rate of £45 for x2 adults x1 child - so not all inclusive until you leave ! If you have a large family with lots of children, be aware, it will obviously be a higher amount the larger your family.
A shame, as with tweeks this hotel would be great, but such a large number of teenagers overwhelmed the hotel. Lack of aircon in the one room that doubles up as a bar/snack bar and entertainment area in a heat wave, so for these reasons I would not return.
Avoid if your English... food is the same everyday bland tasteless.. food hall is in the basement of hell and it's like a war to get food.... coffee machines turned off only on for breakfast... location in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it, unless you take a cab ride ...
Again avoid if your English please don't waste your money three star is one at best

This place is Spanish only don't go even the entertainment all in Spanish
And the sun beds if your not out at 7am they're gone even though the hotel states dont take beds before 930 there are putting out towels at 12am and 6am place is a joke

A truly fantastic holiday – the staff made it extra special!
We’ve just finished our stay at VistaFlor Bungalows and wanted to take the time to leave a review because we genuinely had such a wonderful holiday.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The staff were so friendly, warm and helpful throughout our entire stay, and it really made a difference to our experience as a family.
The buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of food and, importantly, really good quality. We were pleasantly surprised by the choice available. The facilities were also excellent, and having an on-site shop was incredibly convenient. We had the all-inclusive option and, for us, it was absolutely worth it.
We also really enjoyed the entertainment and activities throughout the day. There was a good variety, so there was always something different going on, and everything we saw was fun and enjoyable. One thing we particularly appreciated was that there was never any pressure to get involved. You could join in if you wanted to, or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere, which gave the whole place a really nice and relaxed feel.
However, what we will remember most about VistaFlor isn't the food, facilities or entertainment — it's the people.
We would especially like to mention Nourdin, Fran and Alberto. They were absolutely brilliant with us and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness, kindness and genuine warmth really stood out, and they helped turn what was already a great holiday into a genuinely special memory for our family.
It's those little interactions that you remember when you get home, and we will certainly remember the three of them. They are a real credit to VistaFlor Bungalows, and we really hope their hard work and kindness gets recognised.
Honestly, we don't feel that the 3-star rating does VistaFlor justice. We were really impressed with what the resort offers, and the combination of the facilities, food, all-inclusive package, entertainment and fantastic staff made for a brilliant holiday.
We came away feeling relaxed, happy and with some lovely memories that we'll look back on for a long time.
