This great bungalow complex is beautifully located in Maspalomas resort, at approximately 2.7 km from the nearest beach. Guests will be able to find a number of shopping and entertainment sites within walking distance as well as the nearest public transport links. The airport is just about 20-minute drive away. The property offers a wonderful and colourful outdoor pool area where guests will love to spend a sunny and warm day sunbathing or having a refreshing swim. They can also enjoy a delicious dinner in the onsite restaurant. The rooms are nicely decorated and are equipped with all the essentials to have a pleasant and memorable stay.

A Week in Maspalomas
We stayed here for a week on the 31st of July, we had a late flight so we got to reception at around 10:30pm, receptionist was very friendly and as we were all inclusive and missed dinner we were given a little bag with a sandwich, apple, biscuits and a drink. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which has a pull out bed downstairs in the living area and a double bed upstairs. The apartment has a fridge, air-con (in the upstairs bedroom only) which was needed as we were there during a heatwave, we needed the air-con running all the time to keep cool. Overall the apartment was great. The all inclusive food was a good standard but the restaurant got busy at popular times which meant people were queuing for fresh meat/fish etc. we also had a couple of things what were clot cold in the middle which I reported. It didn’t put me off the food as overall it was nice. The pool was always really busy and it was always difficult to get loungers, there were notes in the rooms saying you cannot save loungers but no one seemed to care, after the weekend it got a little easier to get loungers. The pool is beautiful and just the right depth for everyone with a life guard on duty all day. Entertainment was ok but nothing special, there were singers on 2 night and the other nights were quiz or karaoke. The entertainment team were busy with the kids (and adults) throughout the day/night with aqua gym and water polo etc. Overall I recommend this place and we really enjoyed our stay, the only issue I had was that our flight home was at 21:40 in the evening and we had to be out of the room for 10am, I requested a late checkout 2 times and I never got anywhere (kept saying it was unlikely as they were busy) we got a place to get cleaned up for 30 mins before our flight but, being in a heatwave from 10am till our coach at 18:35 was hard going considering we had no band from 12pm, had to buy drinks and snacks from the shop onsite, I think this could be dealt with better considering we arrived late on the Friday, we only got 6 days of all inclusive (although probably paid for7). Other than the late checkout issue the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay in the Canary Islands, Gran Canaria
The staff were very friendly, we have no complaints about the welcome.However, the food options for going out to eat were always repetitive; we didn't really enjoy them.Too much noise from the chairs, it's impossible to stay and eat. Please try to do something to make the chairs quieter because it's not possible.Try to make an effort for the French, because there are no French-language activities, and I find that a real shame.Otherwise, the bungalows are really nice, the concept is very good, we have no complaints on that front.We are sorry, but we will not be returning to your hotel.

Beautiful Resort with Amazing Staff!
We have just had the most wonderful holiday at this beautiful resort and can’t recommend it highly enough.
From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. A special thank you to Satti on reception, who was absolutely amazing. She was always so accommodating, helpful, and genuinely cared that we had the best stay possible. She is a real credit to the resort.
The resort itself was spotless, and the bungalows were so pretty, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everywhere was kept exceptionally clean, creating such a relaxing atmosphere.
The food was delicious, with plenty of choice at every meal, and there was always something for everyone. The entertainment around the pool was brilliant and kept everyone entertained throughout the day.
One thing that made us laugh was that everyone seemed to know us as “the Welsh family,” which made our holiday feel even more personal and memorable!
Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and enjoyable holiday.
Family Trip to Vistaflor
Family trip at Vistaflor Bungalows in San Fernando ! We knew from the moment we reached check in that we would be treated with respect and kindness. We are a mixed family. I’m African American from New Jersey and my Partner is German. Our little boss Diva 3 year daughter is mixed with an unlimited amount of energy . I can’t emphasize enough how helpful the staff was and how warm the atmosphere here is. From the room cleanliness to the food Services and everything in between Game activities,pool activities,children’s activities and the amazing weather everyday, it was an experience that will last a lifetime in our hearts. Thank you to all the staff I’ve grown to know personally. The food and beverage staff the front desk staff,the Vistaflor supermarket staff,the housekeeping staff,the bar staff,the pool cleaning staff, the front door security,the lifeguard staff and the staff working the children’s activities over the past two weeks and to those who helped and shared warm Smiles in passing. I would recommend Vista Flor and its prime location To anyone and everyone. Thank you all until we meet again.
