Located in the Campo Internacional de Maspalomas resort, this hotel is close to a number of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Links to the public transportation can be found on the hotel's doorstep and the Oasis Meloneras shopping centre and the beach of Maspalomas are a short walk away. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange, cloakroom, lift access and a newsstand, a bar, a nightclub, a breakfast/dining room, kids' club, Internet access, room service, a car park and, for an additional fee, a laundry service and bicycle hire service.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Wonderful experience. Food excellent! The animation team were exceptional, especially Aurora and Maria, (and Bryan from the archery).
The Lion King experience in particular was first class!
We are having a wonderful stay at this very family-oriented hotel.
The staff are absolutely incredible — everyone is so friendly and welcoming, from the restaurant and bar staff to the entertainment team. There is constant attention to the children, with lots of games, activities and entertainment throughout the day.
The entertainment team are especially lovely: always cheerful, kind and so sweet with the children. A special mention to Aurora, Mario and María, who we have spent a lot of time with during our stay and who have made our holiday even more enjoyable.
The restaurant team have also been fantastic — always friendly, attentive and welcoming. A special mention to Maite, who has been especially lovely with us.
The Lion King show was absolutely amazing! We all loved it — adults and children alike. It was such a great performance and definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.

The hotel has very good villas and apartments that are kept very clean by the staff who to me do not get recognised for there hard work. I would recommend asking at checkin for a villa near the top pool as it is a lot quieter, albeit further to the pool bar or restaurant. There is no 7am panic for sun beds either and the hotel puts out a 60 minute card saying towels will be removed before 10.00am, whether this happens or not I am not sure as there were always plenty of bed to be got even after 11.00am. Now for meals ??? All I can say is they are lukewarm at best no matter if you are in first or later and this includes someone checking the food temperature. I would also say though that some of them are actually good if you get them warn Pool bar is a bit of a joke with daytime staff happy to chat to each other or to other workers than to serve the guests, even worse at night when 1 guy disappears for ice or something else whilst 6 people are waiting to be served and this also at a time when there are many people sitting there, maybe another member of staff would be a benefit. Poolside entertainment staff are good and keep it going. There is also a pay bar near reception for those not on all inclusive and the beer and spirits are far superior to that in the other areas if the hotel. Would I come back here? Probably not but somethings were good and some were not so good Most of the staff get 10/10
Aurora & Manou are much fun as entertainment team :) Food is good. Rooms are very clean & apartments are amazing. Nice entertainment. For kids as well as adults!
