Located in the Campo Internacional de Maspalomas resort, this hotel is close to a number of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Links to the public transportation can be found on the hotel's doorstep and the Oasis Meloneras shopping centre and the beach of Maspalomas are a short walk away. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange, cloakroom, lift access and a newsstand, a bar, a nightclub, a breakfast/dining room, kids' club, Internet access, room service, a car park and, for an additional fee, a laundry service and bicycle hire service.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location was perfect - we were based in Madpalomas - short hop to the beach a beautiful lighthouse - free shuttle bus was provided daily - last bus back was 5.30 - so convenient! We did walk to the beach on the evening which only took us 20 minutes. The rooms were fantastic - seperate living area with sofa fridge safe and huge TV. Bedroom was a great size and bathroom was larger than normal with bath and shower. Rooms were cleaned daily by Alexandra and fresh towels were always available. The staff were all really friendly and no issue was too small - they were always happy to help especially Laura on reception,- thank you for the use of the shower room in our late checkout. Entertainment was fab especially Lion King production - every night the team put on a great show! We stayed to watch the performances every night and we don't usually do that! Good food was always available and it was varied and plentyful and the Canarian night was fab with live music and staff all dressed up in traditional costumes! We went half board - drinks were reasonably priced . Highly recommend Sioux City for one of the funniest live shows ever - it's probably one of the best shows we've been to - even better that ones we saw in the American west.
We loved our stay. The rooms were great, the food was great and the staff was also really great! Our little girl also loved the stay! We saw one cockroach in the room, but other than that only great!!
