Maspalomas princess side Hotel itself is lovely. Rooms are outdated. Not much entertainment throughout the day for children. We are a family of four and are staying. We are expected to let our 10 year old daughter who has started her lady moments and 8 year old son share a bed for this to be sorted we are expected to pay nearly €850 to have this changed. 2 specialist restaurants on site so booked in. Disappointed as still a buffet rather than a sit down meal.
I never write reviews, but after reading some of the negative comments, I felt like I had to, because this hotel definitely does not deserve the bad reviews, especially for a family all-inclusive.
The food was very good — honestly, the best food I’ve had at an all-inclusive hotel. There was a great choice and everything we had was really enjoyable.
The entertainment, both during the day and in the evening, was brilliant. There was always something going on, which was great for both adults and children.
The whole hotel was very clean, and the pools were kept lovely and clean too. Our room was also very clean and perfectly good for our stay. Some of the rooms could probably do with being modernised, but there are rooms that have been newly refurbished, and they look absolutely amazing.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to families. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off — in our experience, it was a great family all-inclusive and we would happily return!
Beautiful hotel very clean staff very nice and welcoming food was good the only problem was says beach area near pool is not sand but very sharp stones granddaughter cut her foot on where it goes into pool ,and the beach is a taxi ride away which can cost between £6 to £10 euros .
Absolutely fantastic holiday. I cant rate this hotel any higher than a 5 (but if i could i would) It was Fabulous. So beautiful, clean and well kept. So many facilities and entertainment. The staff are so helpful and cant do enough for you. The food is delicious. The best part is the pools. So many for all and all so clean. The kids aqua park my son loved. I would 100% stay at this hotel or any other princess hotel. We are in fact looking at their adults only one in tenerife.
Really lovely hotel, rooms spacious and comfortable, lovely bathroom and a nice balcony. Ac needs a little bit of attention. Cannot fault anything. Food is excellent and a good variety. Everything is presented very well. Liked that no sun beds reserved before 10 am unless you were on the beds. Everything very clean and pools are of a really good standard. Would definitely return and recommend
