Thanks to the excellent location on coast and a short distance from the southern end of Maspalomas beach, it boasts magnificent views of the ocean and the beach.
The grounds of the building include a swimming pool ideal for a relaxing day. The rest of the pools are located on the rooftop of the building and offers the chance to refresh yourself with views of the Atlantic Ocean. this space also features comfortable sun loungers and chill out spaces with cushions where guests can enjoy delicious snacks and refreshing drinks from the bar.
Faro Lopesan Collection Hotel has 179 spacious and comfortable double rooms. All rooms include a double bed, shower, hair dryer, robe, writing desk, air conditioning, a 43” Smart TV, telephone, minibar, safety deposit box for rent, room service and balcony. Many rooms offer direct and lateral sea views.All rooms are non-smoking.
The hotel offers a selection of hospitality services, from accommodation only to bed and breakfast and half board. Guests have different options as buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant and two bars, on of them at the pool area. Guests also have the option of dining at the a la carte restaurant (charges apply) where they can choose from a selection of delicious dishes. Infinity Rooftop At the rooftop space, guests can enjoy delicious snacks and refreshing drinks at our bar while they relax at the comfortable sun loungers or take a dip in the pool as the sun sets over the ocean.
The hotel has a spacious gym where you can keep fit during your holidays. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 2 excellent 18-hole courses located in the south of Gran Canaria, with discounted green fees available.
Great hotel with perfect view on the ocean. Room was very clean, cleaned minimum 1 or sometimes even 2 times per day. Room service was great and pleasant. People at reception(very kind Ms. Daniela) and bar/restaurant service was also very nice. Rooftop pool and chillout there is TOP OF THE TOP! You can lay, tan and ring a bell to call the waiter, order delicious food and drinks. Delicious breakfast with ocean view on the terrace was also marvellous. Location of the hotel is great, a lot of attractions everywhere around. If I come back once again to Gran Canaria I come back there for sure. Jakub from Poland :) see you Spanish friends!
PS Good opportunity that we received room after check-out to refresh a little bit when you have airplane at late hour, we had 1 additional day of holidays after check-out with this option. Thank you :)
Definitely not a 5 star hotel. You can’t get anything warm from room service after 21:00. Menu at the pool is extremely limited and not Vegan friendly. When we booked they confirmed they were Vegan friendly with many options…. This is false. The rooms are well appointed but that’s it. Everything here is to make more money … the roof top area, you need to consume 30€ as a minimum. The location is great but for me, if I can’t eat then it’s a complete disappointment. They don’t even offer something as basic as French fries . I know that for most people food is not an issue , but for me , even after asking about it , was a disappointment. They also never answer the phone when you dial 9 from the room… we dialed it many times for different reasons and they never answered… we had to go down.
Very poor small and narrow prestige room with a bathroom sink taking up any spare room in the bedroom, sink also creates a dangerous slipping hazard when water splashing onto the bedroom floor, especially dangerous for elderly visitors.
The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and eateries. The style and standard of rooms is matched by the professional care of staff from every department. The constant support of reception staff is particularly appreciated This visit wasour third and it is noticeable how the group continue to invest in the amenities offered.
Nice hotel lovely staff food never hot room service not good food cold inedible when told reception we shouldn't have to pay for it, was told she would have to see her manager, won't be staying here again.
