The facilities here are varied, offering guests plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy themselves in the Gran Canaria sunshine. There's also a pool bar when you want some cool refreshments and a beauty centre if you want to treat yourself to a little pampering.
Later on, why not dine in the restaurant or on the terrace, and afterwards enjoy a drink and perhaps watch live music or one of the professional shows laid on for guests.
This is a great choice for your Gran Canaria holiday, however please be aware that this resort is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

What a week we have had.
I always read the reviews of hotels before I book so I was prepared for the need to request an air conditioning unit, that we would have to get up early for a sunbed and that a lot of drinks are from self serve machines. Knowing all of this in advance meant we had no issues with any of these things.
Check in was smooth. Reception staff were all lovely and polite and helpful.
Rooms cleaned daily and really cleaned. It was a small space for a family of 5 but we only slept there so again no issues.
The pools are lovely. We had small children with us and they loved the kids pool at the back. The main pool gets very busy and a lot of guests are very inconsiderate of others but that’s not the fault of the hotel.
We all enjoyed the food. There was different food every night and even my fussy kids found things they enjoyed. Desserts and the ice cream machines were huge hits. Breakfast was usually the same but with so many options I rotated from cold to cooked breakfasts and had no issues. The staff in the restaurant were such a joy. So polite and so welcoming.
The entertainment team are incredible. Truly lovely people who put effort in to every guests stay. We loved aqua gym, my kids loved mini club, the pool games in the afternoon were a big hit and the evening entertainment was something else. The lion king was spectacular. And we had a great time at the quiz!
We celebrated my husbands birthday whilst away and staff went above and beyond to make it special.
We never go to the same place twice as we like to visit different countries or islands each year but for the first time we will be making a return trip here. We were all so sad to leave and we cannot wait to come back!
We have just returned from a 10 night holiday all inclusive as a family of 3 with our 13 year old daughter.
To start with the positives, the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and polite. They work very hard to keep it to a high standard. The entertainment team are brilliant and could not fault them in any way. The team definitely are the main ones to keep a good lively atmosphere.
So on to the negative points I would raise and would want to know before booking. Location wise it is not ideal unless you are ok with spending on taxis. The taxis are not expensive but you need them to get anywhere worth visiting, so this or hire a car. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to maspalomas beach. This is good, but when we went there was a huge queue and we couldn't all get on so had to wait for the next bus. There is no bus shelter so you are standing in direct sun and in the road ( very narrow pavement)/ in Aldi car park which is not ideal. However we did not have to wait long. Bear in mind this stops at other hotels to pick up along the way.
On to the rooms; we booked a pool view which was on the top floor overlooking the entertainment area. Thank goodness we did as we had an air conditioning unit that came with the room, apparently not all rooms have the unit and you will have to hire one as there is no air con installed in the rooms - beware of this if this is important to you. The room was very clean and beds were comfy.
As mentioned we had a room where the balcony overlooked the entertainment and thank goodness we did. Night after night we could not get seats to watch the shows. It was extremely infuriating and to top it off someone there kept leaving half drunk drinks, a hat and sunglasses, towels and bags on a table each evening so you could not sit there. On the one evening we actually got seats we noticed this "ghost" table as they had not been to their table in 2 hours! Disgraceful behaviour from the selfish individuals who did this.
Another sour note are the sunbeds. We point blank refused to queue for sunbeds at 7am... so we just hoped for the best each day. We did get some but it was a struggle to find 3 together most days. This was a real disappointment. In this day and age I do not understand why sunbeds are not allocated per room WITH a parasol ( or more parasols for larger families). Its a no brainer and would resolve this ridiculous race for sunbeds.
The food was good, but a bit repetitive. I always found something to enjoy, so really this part is more positive, however my partner was not very impressed with the food for reason mentioned above. To note again the eating area very clean and polite staff.
Lastly I would like to complain about the lilos bought in the hotel shop. If you see any being sold.... DO NOT BUY!! You cannot use them in the hotel pool.. we did not know this as there was no sign. My partner complained to the manager and they refused to reimburse us. This was because they had been used. We used for literally 2 mins in the pool before being told we cant! I cant understand why they could not reimburse us, so avoid at all costs!
I think the place was overcrowded, far too many people for the size of the hotel/ swimming pool. This was a lot smaller than the photos on the website! It was kept clean but you could not swim properly anywhere as too crowded.
So the positive points are staff, entertainment team and cleanliness and the lovely cats in reception. Negative is the location, amount of people there and not being reimbursed for the lilos we bought from the shop in the hotel.
Just a thought with seating... why not move the bar to the back wall and create more seating for the evening?
Nice hotel but just not enough sun loungers and seating in entertainment area. Rooms are clean but basic ( no aircon but big ceiling fan ) you have to be up and down at pool at 8am to stand a chance of a decent sunlounger and if you are over at entertainment area after say 8 pm forget it! But I should imagine out of the school holidays it’s a better overall experience. All that having been said still been a decent holiday and great value for money. Food is standard 3* buffet type. Nice beer ( Amstel ) as the all inc option. Location wise it’s a short hop to the beach in a cab ( € 7-8 ) but hotel does run a shuttle bus.
I would return but I would try to get a ground floor room that has a nice sized outside area that overlooks the pool and entertainment area
Atmosphere was amazing. Staff were very kind and supportive in everything. Would come again, thankyou to cintia, raul, pepe and other entertainers for a wonderful stay x
