From the fantastic freeform pool surrounded by palm trees and loungers to the sumptuous buffet restaurant - this is a hotel that will get you in the holiday mood straightaway.
First, the accommodation. All rooms are modern and spacious with private facilities and a terrace or balcony overlooking the surrounding area. They also feature satellite TV, telephone and safety deposit box (at a fee).
The facilities here are varied, offering guests plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy themselves in the Gran Canaria sunshine. There are a choice of two pools with plenty of space to relax on a comfy lounger poolside and enjoy working on that all-important tan. There's also a pool bar when you want some cool refreshments and a beauty centre if you want to treat yourself to a little pampering.
Later on, why not dine in the restaurant or on the terrace, and afterwards enjoy a drink and perhaps watch live music or one of the professional shows laid on for guests.
This is a great choice for your Gran Canaria holiday, however please be aware that this resort is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

I loved the entertainers from cintia’s aqua arobics and the energy from raul, Christian and Samuel I had the best time here
Entertainment
The experience was a mixed review! I very much enjoyed the team around the pool and the entertainment team- Sandro and Raul was very funny and kept the guest laughing with their antics. The food is quite basic and it’s quite repetitive. Room is basic with no AC however you can go to reception and rent an A/C unit. And be aware of the sun bed wars
Below expectations
Here for 2 weeks in July. 3 rooms, family of 5, 3 and 2. We started out well but I became more disappointed as the 2 weeks went on.
For me the things that were good; Cleaners in rooms tidy and clean rooms each day. The rooms are, however, tired and in need of refreshing but they do a good job to keep them clean.
Entertainment team are really good. Cynthia in particular was brilliant with the kids. They do fun aqua aerobics and evening entertainment is mainly game based but people seem to enjoy it. We have only seen a few outside acts in the hotel.
Kids pool - can get a sun bed without queuing but it was getting busier towards our last few days. It’s a cute pool with shallow water and a few slides. Young kids under 5 seem to like this and parents can watch on without it being to busy.
Staff overall seemed friendly (bar, restaurant, pool, cleaners) but a few on reception who were just rude. Staff in the restaurant work tirelessly to keep dishes cleared etc.
Things I was disappointed with:
When due to leave I enquired about keeping on our room and was fobbed off for 3 days only to be told they were full so we couldn’t have a late checkout. This could have just been communicated when I first asked. They would have known the hotel was full when I first asked. Vague information about how to book a shower room for when we leave. Reception staff for being front of house were poor with customer service.
Uncooked food and dirty plates: during our first week no issues with the food. In the 2nd week a tray of raw burgers which I asked to speak to the manager about went out, completely pink inside. Flies all over the back of the right side of the restaurant which weren’t there the previous week and dirty plates. They constantly run out of glasses and plates.
Sub-beds : reiterating what everyone says - poor. Jammed in like sardines, everyone just wants a lounger but there’s not enough for even half the guests staying here. The location of the hotel (unless u like a steep walk, requires taxi or bus) typically most people want to lounge about hotel. Sun beds left empty for hours with no one managing the issue.
Lots of people just leave their mess lying, not the hotels fault but unhygienic for plates with food to be left.
Overall I would not return. A lot that needs to be listened to as I have read most of my comments in other reviews.
