The Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa Hotel is located in Campo Internacional, 2,6 km from Maspalomas beach and from the important avenue and commercial area of Meloneras. The Hotel complex have undergone a complete renovation, therefore, new buildings and rooms have been built, but most of the wide open green areas have been respected. This new product is targeted to a more demanding market and we have specialized in the “Only Adults” concept. Without a doubt, the privacy offered by each of the rooms in this horizontal hotel is one of its great attractions. Each room has a garden area where you can sunbathe and relax in hammocks for exclusive use, as well as a perfectly furnished terrace to enjoy the peace and comfort of this paradise. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed at this hotel on a half board basis for a week. All the staff at this hotel can not do enough to help and make your stay as special as possible , and always have a cheery smile . The hotel is exceptionally clean in all areas. Food was good and plentiful and varied both at breakfast and evening meal. No worries about getting a sun lounger, if you can’t find one the pool attendant will find one for you , and each pair of sunbeds has a parasol . The pool was heated to a nice temperature. It takes about 30 mins to walk to the light house and promenade where there are bars to stop for a drink , or you can take the hotel shuttle bus which is free of charge. Buses run in both directions from stops just by hotel so easy to get about. We will be returning as we really enjoyed our time here.
Enjoyed our stay so why 3 stars.. We were B and B as we enjoy eating in different restruants at night..Motown show was advertised so we went out for dinner early to return to hotel for show arrived back in time no Motown show asked at breakfast what happened no one could tell me only that it will definetly be on tonight so out for dinner early arrive back in time no Motown,no explaination,no apology.. gave up on the night time entertainment..We enjoyed the Spa pool upstairs..no smoking allowed but 2 ladies were lying on their sunbeds smoking flicking their ash into a tissue a member of staff was doing a walk about saw them and never said a thing I couldn't believe it..such a shame but it's these kind of things that lets the side down.
We checked in yesterday 4/10/26 to celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary,and staff in check in and restaurant have been excellent.We are staying in room 142 with a private garden and hot tub it’s worth asking for this room.Hotel is exceptionally clean and modern and food is excellent quality would come back.
First time stay Can only repeat what others have said. Great experience absolutely no issues in our ten day stay.

There were two new young staff members started while we were here who both were lovely sorry didn’t get their names. The young girl was growing and getting more comfortable. The young man was lovely and seeking guidance when needed from colleagues. Well done to both .
We ate the Italian twice and thoroughly enjoyed it. Again staff members were brilliant the lovely blonde lady that lived in Mogán sharing advice of where to go and what to do.
Great shout out to “titi “ the curse of the name and making us laugh so much another team member to be proud of .
We are on our last night here(sadly)! After holidaying together for twenty years, for the very first time we came back somewhere for a second time! So glad we did. Everything said in the reviews is true. Cleanliness, excellent staff, delicious food, relaxing environment. Club Maspalomas delivers that personal touch where the huge hotels can’t-you really are so well looked after. It certainly has an extra something. The massages are awesome too! We got here on the first night too late for dinner and there was plated up food for us in our room. There are so many return customers here and it’s clear to see why!
