Numerous attractions within the area invite travellers to explore this fantastic zone. Shopping malls at a short stroll distance for those shopping lovers. Travellers can learn about local biodiversity at the near aquarium, only 600 metres distance. Modern and distinguished, this is one of the best hotels in the zone to stay as it offers excellent cosy rooms with the best ocean views and equipped with parquet floor and tv. The spectacular pools in this establishment are the best amenities this hotel has; it is worth immersing in each one of them as they are unique. Wellness and spa centre complement the list of excellent services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Lovely location right on the beach with promenade along the front. Decor of hotel is lovely. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful from the front desk, restaurant, bar and the lovely housekeeper. We had a twin room with sea view on the 6th floor which was perfect, no coffee in room only tea, can get coffee at spar. The roof top pool has great views and you can always get a sunbed. We were late in arriving and they still had a cold meal waiting for us, much appreciated. The Food not great for meal at night, goat stew, duck stew, chicken curry with chicken thighs Breakfast good apart from egg, sausage station which needs a bit more organisation, sausage and eggs could be kept in hot tray to help yourself instead of waiting for others to get omelette first. Lots of great walks with the Aquarium/museum and shopping centre only 10 mins away. Shopping centre mostly empty shops, aquarium great, museum worth a visit. Spar shop only 2 mins from hotel, great restaurants nearby. Great holiday.
Nice and clean with good location.
Reservinh of sunbeds at pool was out of control even there was advice sunbeds can’t be reserved. However staff did not enforce this policy and most of sunbeds were ’resereved’ with towel but unused.
This is of course caused by guests not having manners but I would expect staff enforcing the policy they have written themselves to vacate unused sunbeds to other guests.
We have just returned from a 9 night say at this lovely hotel. All staff were friendly and welcoming, a credit to this hotel. Location is fabulous overlooking the beautiful white sand beach and ocean . lovely views whilst eating breakfast or dinner in the restaurant. Our room was on the second floor and was just perfect, plenty of storage,comfy bed and great shower. Room was serviced daily by the efficeint housekeeping team. Food at breakfast and dinner was very good , a daily selection to suit all tastes. Restaurant staff were attentive and welcoming whilst working hard. All in all we could'nt fault this hotel and will return.
A surprisingly friendly hotel on the beach, with incredible views. Take time to get to know the staff, they are so nice and ready to help. I am only here for 4 nights, and I am very imprrssed, though my single sea view room could be a little bigger, but I understand this is an 'old' hotel. Enjoyed my stay immensely.
This is a fabulous hotel in a superb location right on Las Canteras beachfront. Although this is an old hotel our room was very modern with a lovely balcony and sea view. Our room was kept really clean and fresh the housekeeping team work really hard, the dining area, bars and communal spaces were also spotless. On the rooftop is a generous pool and plenty of sunbeds, the pool was warm not sure if it was heated or just warm from the sun. The free spa was also a welcome bonus and lovely staff to show you around. All the staff here are pleasant and approachable and work hard. I was so appreciative of the bubbly put in our room for my birthday it was such a lovely surprise, thank you
