This great beach hotel, built in 2003, is very nicely located in the tourist centre of Amadores, it is approximately 1 km from the local sandy beach and its crystal clear waters. The local promenade is a great place where guests will find a variety of leisure possibilities. Convenient public transport links are very close to the hotel. Numerous boutiques and shops, restaurants and a wide range of bars can be found in the surroundings. This is a lively place to spend active holidays by the sea.

Fantastic July stay.
Stayed at this hotel as a family of 8. Check in was smooth & staff so friendly. Rooms were spacious and allocated close to each other which we didn’t expect but was a lovely touch. Beds in room comfortable & bathroom massive with lovely big walk in shower. One of the rooms we had was for family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers) the room was more than spacious. Our rooms constantly cleaned with fresh towels.
All inclusive plus had plenty to choose from & offered 30% discount for additional items not in all inclusive option. For anyone to complain about the all inclusive are just being picky!
Pool areas great & good for anyone with walking difficulties as you had the chance to walk into the pool rather than using ladder.
Staff friendly.
Bar areas good. When ordering drinks we panicked a little because asking for our room key but no need to as this is what they do.
Entertainment was okay but to be honest never expect broadway shows for entertainment.
Last day we went down as flight was late & to see if we could keep rooms on, staff member on desk had said fully booked but let him see what he could do. He was able to let us keep one room on until 2pm which was great.
I will definitely be back to the hotel & happy to recommend this to anyone!

Just wanted to share our experience of the restaurant at Gloria Palace. Indian night. Food was amazing. A waitress called Madeleine has been fantastic for the three days we have been here and found out it is her third day. What a credit to your hotel.
Fantastic Hotel, Amazing Staff & Beautiful Location
We had a fantastic one-week stay at Gloria Palace Amadores and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The hotel is in a stunning location with breathtaking sea views, and everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you for accommodating my room request. The room was exactly what I had hoped for, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the spa was closed for renovation during our visit, it didn’t take away from our experience. The beautiful pools, relaxing atmosphere, and spectacular views more than made up for it. We only booked a week to see what the hotel was like, but it exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Excellent hotel with spectacular views and amazing staff
Amazing hotel. Arrived around 10.30pm, check in very quick, and receptionist most helpful. The restaurant opened for cold food at 11pm, which was great after travelling all day. We were in block 3, 7th floor. The room was large, with a super king size bed which was very comfy. Lovely shower and huge balcony looking out to the sea. Room cleaned every day, and no noise from anywhere. Food and drink were really good, we were all inclusive, if you can't find something you like to eat then you are very fussy ! The snack bar made fresh delicious pizzas, you could also get cake and ice cream too. Pools are lovely and clean, no need to reserve a sun bed at all, people do, but we went to the pool on several occasions, at different times of the day and there were loads available. We went to the higher pool, as it was quieter with no music, it would have been better if it was an adults only pool. Theres no inflatables or balls allowed, but no one takes any notice. Hotel is in a fantastic area, with spectacular views. The spa was closed, but we knew that before we booked. The staff are brilliant at this hotel, so polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to Sandra in the restaurant, evening time, she was always smiling, helpful and made us feel so welcome. Also the lady at the lower pool bar on the evening shift. We are hoping to return next year.
