10 days at this beautiful hotel, check out today. Amazing location right on the beautiful beach in Morro Jable. Spotlessly clean hotel, fantastic friendly & helpful staff, exceptional! Staff work tirelessly to make sure the hotel guests have a fabulous experience, they work so hard! We paid for a premium room, which was well worth it. The rooms have a beautiful view over the pool/beach, coffee maker & free safe/wifi included, also bath robes, nice luxury toiletries. Minibar if needed which also doubled up as a fridge for us to store milk etc. rooms cleaned to a high standard, sheets/towels changed regularly, tea/coffee restocked daily. All I can say is ‘attention to detail!’ Everything is perfect. All staff amazing, normally I wouldn’t mention specific names but some of the staff we dealt with were Lorenzo on reception, such a warm welcome on arrival with glasses of Cava & so helpful during our stay. Also Pablo & Begoñia on the bar, all are amazing attentive staff & looked after us so well. All the chefs, restaurant staff, in fact everyone we encountered were incredible, so welcoming & polite, nothing is too much trouble for them & I want to say a big thank you from room 41, 42 & 52 as we travelled as a group from 2-12th Sept 2026, we all had an amazing time & would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday in an unspoilt Canarian resort which seems to have the right balance for tourism & the local people benefiting too, not taken over by tourism & the local people displaced with ‘gentrification’. A good mixture of Spanish, German & some English guests, everyone friendly. We will definitely be back!
The only negatives were what you get at most hotels, some guests reserving sun loungers very early then disappearing, the hotel management did send letters reminding guests but I feel the pool lifeguard should be given the authority to remove towels etc if guests are absent for an hour from their reserved loungers etc as if it isn’t enforced then people will still do it. But it didn’t detract from our enjoyment as there are plenty of lovely ratten loungers available & a parasol for every sunbed. Also please change the plastic straws to paper, better for the environment. But apart from this it was absolutely ’Perfecto’ - Muchas Graçias xx
This is our 4th stay at this fabulous hotel and once again everything was wonderful, All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will return.
Absolutely amazing 2 weeks at this hotel which is the best we have ever been to! We had a long day getting there and the welcome from Lorenzo was exceptional! He made check in easy and pleasant - provided us with a glass of fizz each and we sat on the sofas while he did the necessary documents check, etc. on his computer. He’s an absolute asset to the hotel.
We’d been left some food in the dining room, served a drink by Pablo, who again was very kind, despite the 11pm arrival!!
Our room was fabulous too. All rooms as standard have a sea view, massive comfortable beds, a mini bar and a great bathroom with twin sinks & a fab shower.
All the staff we came across were so friendly and seemed happy in their jobs. Service was 10/10! Special mentions as well as Lorenzo and Pablo, go to Denis (for cooking my nightly steaks to perfection - and remembering my preference for well done!) Agustin (morning omelette expert with a smile) , Esther and Begona (dinner service was excellent , again always smiling and friendly) Ruben & Erika (breakfast/dinner service excellent with a smile), Juan on the bar - fabulous service along with Pablo- remembering our order and room number) And Ana from the kitchen who was always so friendly when replenishing food supplies.
I also received a bottle of fizz on ice for my birthday while I was there, which was a nice surprise.
Drinks are reasonable for a hotel and cheaper than the beach bar & much better quality! Wine by the glass €6.60, large beer €4, Water €2, Coke €2.50, cocktails €7.
It seems many people are return guests - we met a lovely couple who had been 8 times now and still absolutely love it. We hope to return next year and have been telling everyone we know just how incredible the hotel is.

This is an outstanding hotel!! We just loved everything about it. We went for my daughter’s 16th birthday and it surpassed every expectation. Fabulous staff, fabulous food and fabulous location. You cannot do better than stay here!
Fantastic Boutique hotel, lovely clean room and fabulous food. Quiet location and a great couples only hotel. Staff are very attentive and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend
