The Occidental Jandía Royal Level – Adults Only hotel features 2 swimming pools (one of which is heated), 2 exclusive restaurants, and bars. What's more, guests have access to all the facilities at the Occidental Jandía Playa (several swimming pools, U-Spa featuring a sauna, Corralejo buffet restaurant, Snack Bar, etc.) and all the facilities at the Occidental Jandía Mar (several swimming pools, Mimosa buffet restaurant and La Toscana restaurant, bars, etc.).
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at the Occidental Jandía Royal Level – Adults Only, and honestly, we couldn’t fault it.
From the moment we arrived, the whole experience felt special. The Royal Level service really makes a difference, with a more relaxed and exclusive atmosphere that was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel was beautifully maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Our room was fantastic and having the jacuzzi was a brilliant added touch. It was lovely coming back after a day in the sun and being able to relax together.
The food had plenty of choice, and being all-inclusive made the whole holiday so easy and stress-free. There were plenty of opportunities to sit back, enjoy a drink, relax by the pool and simply switch off.
The location is also brilliant, with the beautiful Jandía beach nearby and some lovely places to explore around the area.
What really stood out to us, though, was the overall atmosphere. It was peaceful, relaxing and perfect for a couple wanting to spend quality time together without the noise and bustle you can sometimes get at larger family resorts.
Occidental Jandía Royal Level gave us exactly the holiday we were hoping for — sunshine, relaxation, great food, beautiful surroundings and quality time together.
We would absolutely come back and would happily recommend it to other couples looking for a relaxing adults-only getaway.

Just returned home from 12 nights in the Royal level ,1st time visiting,found the food very good,service of all staff very good,drinks & service in bar verde excellent,had a room on the terrace with its own sunbeds outside,there is a small pool just for dipping in to cool down,unfortunately every afternoon we had to listen to a small child (about 7 ) constantly shouting & screaming & splashing in the pool so no one else could get in & relax ,everyone we spoke to said how annoying this was ( please feel free to go & witness,as I think the people are there till Friday) This made a relaxing break very stressful The hotel had many areas of broken floor tiles & lots of areas needed painting Used the Spa & had a massage which was very good Unfortunately won’t be returning unless the terrace near bar Pájara was adult only
Another fantastic holiday at this hotel. We love it here. We know that it does not suit everyone but we cannot fault it. Clean comfortable and relaxing with excellent management and staff. It must be noted that the hotel is NOT ‘beachside’ but situated on a very steep hill across a busy road. BUT the walk down and climb back are well worth it if you like long safe sandy beaches. One cause for concern is the state of the shopping precinct just below the hotel. It is pretty rundown currently with very few shops and the lifts up to the hotel are not working so it’s a case of using the stairs! Let me stress that this is not a hotel problem, it’s the local authority or precinct owners who are responsible for it. The actual hotel is wonderful.
I booked a meal at the Patio Canaro which is the A La Carte restaurant at the resort. There were many options on the menu and the food was lovely. The service was also very accommodating and really friendly.
Perfect for relaxing and enjoying good food & drink, with exceptional service. The all inclusive offering is absolutely worth it!
