Barcelo app et points
As a marketing strategy, take an exemple look at the Mitsis hotes in Greece. Open the app from Barcelo also if you book via tour operators so you can collect points/upgrades/ extra services. It should be possible to put your stay in the app without direct booking via the Barcelo website!
Best hote we ever stay.
Our stay was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Every single meal was delicious – no matter what we eat, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
The location is also great, just a short walk from the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday.
During our stay, we unfortunately had an accident, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. The hotel manager personally arranged a taxi to the hospital and made sure we had everything we needed. We will never forget their kindness, care, and support during such a difficult moment.
Overall, our holiday was truly magical and will stay in our hearts forever. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for making our family vacation so special!
Lovely hotel!!
We had a lovely stay here. We did all inclusive for 7 nights. The service here is amazing. We were greeted every day when entering the buffet and they clear your tables very quickly. There was lots of options for food and all were delicious. However, only downside was it got cold very very quickly. You get a very good value for money especially if you’re drinking. They are very generous with the spirits! The pool was our favourite part of the holiday and lots of pool activities in the day. The only thing I’d say about our stay is the location of the hotel. There is a small shopping centre at the bottom of the hill but it’s more of a small row of souvenir shops and a supermarket. Anything else is a really long walk to get to. There isn’t much entertainment on in the evenings so we were sitting around playing cards or pool most evenings but we watched the England match one of the evenings which they put on in the theatre and a dance show that was on. Overall, it was a great holiday and I’d likely come again but maybe hire a car so we are able to experience more.

Good hotel
Good clean hotel with good value for money, staff are nice and friendly. The food is of goood quality and plenty of choice.
