10th visit to this exceptional hotel. Service from every member of staff is wonderful - very friendly and always smiling especially Mamadou and Asis on the Recption Bar. Already booked for June 2027
We had a long weekend here, looking forward to it, build up as looked like a lovely hotel. But we were very disappointed. Reception staff weren't nice at all and quiet rude at times. Place is becoming a bit run down, tiles missing in places, trip hazards in a few places. The rooms air-conditioning didnt work very well, so we didnt sleep great, we had no kettle or tea or coffee facilities in our room either. The bar staff were lovely and kind so we happily tipped them. We stayed away from the chicken and pork as we tried it a couple of times and it was pink! So we didnt trust it as didnt want to get ill. Salads and cheese crackers selections was nice and good soups. But defo check the meat before eating. Pool was clean and tidy. There were enough sun beds daily. No real place to have the entertainment as it was quite confusing and alot just watching loud TV. They should give you an opition to go to your room yourself than just go wait outside for there driver. We used the map and found our room quickly and easily ourselves. Instead of having to wait. Very limited on cocktails. Ypu need to upgrade if you want better drinks, which i know is like that in most places. But Overall I would say it is a 3 star hotel.
Huge resort, fabulous food and drink, comfy rooms with air con. Staff friendly, plenty to do day and night. 3 fab pools with plenty of loungers in sun and shade.
We have visited this hotel for approximately 15years and have already started to plan the time of our next visit.
the hotel is not a 4 star, no wi-fi in the rooms above the first floor in the main block, people had to go to the lobby if the wanted to use wi-fi. the food in the main dining area is always lukewarm at best and stone cold at worst, it`s also bland, only the desserts are good.
