This hotel is situated in a dreamlike location, directly on the 25 km long sandy beach of Playa de Jandía with wonderful ocean views. It features an excellent spa with an exclusive VIP area, a gym, pool and children's pool. A golf course is within walking distance; the delightful village of Morro Jable is within easy reach. The international airport of Fuerteventura is at a distance of about 86 km. Star Prestige customers can enjoy the VIP area with solarium, hammocks, Balinese beds, VIP room with special attentions.

The hotel was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very helpful and polite - certainly a huge asset. Possibly the best staff we have encountered.
We stayed star prestige which was good.
There isn’t much to do in the area, but we knew that before we went. The transfer was not good but obviously nothing to do with the hotel. If you can, I would seriously consider a private transfer. We booked with EasyJet.
This hotel is great. It's clean, the foods nice and varied, the staff are lovely and it's on a huge beach. The only downside is that they allow smoking on the balconies and in common areas, like the terrace seating and poolside. They say guests are allowed to smoke as long as it doesn't "cause a disturbance" but I don't see how it can't. Most other hotels don't allow this and smokers are required to use a designated area away from other guests. This, for me, is a HUGE letdown for an otherwise perfectly nice hotel.
We have just returned from a weeks holiday in the Fuerteventura Palace Hotel August into September 2026. This is our second visit to this hotel having spent a week in October 2025. We found it a fantastic experience from check in with Manuel, to check out with Dominic. The staff are exceptional and deliver first class customer service. This is throughout the hotel from waiters to housekeeping and maintenance. I must mention in particular Noe and Dani in the restaurant who looked after us so well but all the restaurant staff were excellent. The food was also very good in quality, presentation and choice. Bar staff also great. The rooms and communal areas were kept immaculate. The only thing in our opinion that could be improved upon was the evening entertainment which was just OK. I highly recommend this hotel for couples and families alike and we will certainly be back.

The food was second to none always something for everyone.. the waiters and waitresses were simply amazing so friendly polite and always smiling I didn’t get everyone’s name but idico and ana were among them
