This hotel offered a very pleasant experience; the staff were wonderful, and the premises were exceptionally clean. While the food was acceptable, it did become quite repetitive. The photographer captured good photos, though not extraordinary, and his services were quite expensive for the quality of the pictures. When I declined his offerings, I found him to be rather persistent and seemingly unaware of personal boundaries. Despite my repeated refusals, he continued to approach me every evening as I went to dine. It was difficult to avoid him as he is positioned near the sole entrance to the dining hall. This became quite bothersome, and I ultimately missed meals due to the pressure I felt, as I experience anxiety. The hotel grounds are stunning, though I personally found navigating them challenging due to the numerous steep inclines, which may not be ideal for individuals with mobility issues. My room's proximity to the beach meant that reaching the entertainment and main dining areas was difficult for me. However, for those who are physically able, it is an incredible destination. It truly is a commendable four-star establishment, though it offers limited activities beyond enjoying the hotel facilities and the beach. I am pleased to have visited, as it was a wonderfully relaxing environment. I would certainly recommend this hotel. My only reservation about returning is the scarcity of activities beyond the hotel and beach. Nevertheless, if you appreciate a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, it is undoubtedly a place worth visiting.

I enjoyed a second excellence stay! The complex is immaculate and has a real range of places to rest, relax and eat. As a solo traveller, I really appreciate the many quiet spots there are to sit and chill. The quality of the food and drink is outstanding and the staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. The many families I saw were equally enjoying a fantastic time taking full advantage of the many opportunities available to them.

Review Title: A Disastrous 4-Star Nightmare: Disgusting Rooms, Fake Advertising & Aggressive StaffI am writing this review on the third day of my holiday, and it has been an absolute nightmare. This hotel is falsely advertised as a 4-star property. In reality, it is a rundown establishment run by hostile, incredibly rude management.Our terrible experience began the moment we arrived:• Room Bait-and-Switch: I purposely paid extra on the TUI website for a specific Sea View room featuring a large corner balcony. On arrival, I was downgraded to a completely different room. Management later told me that just because TUI advertises and charges for a room, "it doesn't mean the hotel has to give it to you."• Zero Guest Assistance: When I asked for help with our luggage, the reception flatly refused. I was forced to navigate a dark, steep hill entirely by myself in an unfamiliar layout, dragging two 20kg suitcases down to level 1 and then hauling them up three flights of stairs.• Threat of Police for Complaining: The website states the All-Inclusive bar is open until midnight, which reception confirmed. However, when I asked for a drink at 23:40, the bartender rudely refused and demanded payment. When I went to reception to calmly clarify the conflicting information and report the issue, security was called. The guard aggressively shouted at me to go back to my room or they would call the police. I was completely sober and recorded the entire interaction as proof.• Disgusting and Broken Room Condition: The room is a health hazard. It reeks heavily of raw sewage. The toilet seat is covered in black stains, the floors and bathroom were filthy, the towels are ripped and full of holes, the balcony door doesn't open properly, and the drawers under the TV are completely broken.• Broken Promises & Continuous Delays: We specifically paid for one big bed, but were given two separate singles. The balcony light is broken, and the safe does not work. I was forced to sit in my room for nearly three hours waiting for a mechanic who never showed up. When a staff member finally smelled the room, even he admitted the sewage stench was unbearable.• Outrageous Hidden Fees: When I demanded the sea view room I originally paid for, they tried to extort an extra €45 (or €12 per person) to switch rooms.• Shocking Staff Rudeness: When I followed up with Guest Relations about these unresolved issues, the lady was incredibly toxic and barked, "You have too many problems." I do not have "too many problems"—I have paid for a 4-star service and received a dumpster fire.No one has apologized. The female staff at this hotel treat paying guests with pure disgust and hostility. Do not risk your hard-earned money or your peace of mind here. Avoid this place at all costs!
