This hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of Sotavento Beach. A range of nightclubs and restaurants can be found in the area, while the airport is located roughly 65 kms from the hotel. The modern hotel features gardens and wonderful views over the sea. Business travellers are welcome to take advantage of the conference facilities and the public Internet connection. Guests arriving by car need not worry about parking – the hotel has its own car park.

The nearest golf course lays around 10 kms from the hotel.

Fantastic stay at the H10 Tindaya hotel. Excellent service across all departments, with the rooms and common areas kept spotlessly clean. All the restaurant and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very good, with plenty of variety and everything well prepared. The pool area, lifeguards and entertainment were all excellent. The direct access to the beach is fantastic, and the beach itself is spectacular. Without a doubt, we will be coming back. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay and for the fantastic treatment we received. A truly 10/10 hotel, just as its name suggests. A big thank you to all the staff, and especially to Abbas at reception. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. I booked for one week and the only downside was arriving at 12:30 and not being able to access a room immediately.
The hotel is spotless throughout, nice rooms, with up to date, well finished bathrooms. The restaurants are excellent, with very good food presentation, always ensuring that the items are replenished quickly. The lift system is good so that even accessing the beach was a simple task.

H10 Tindaya, Costa Calma
We stayed at the H10 Tindaya for two weeks and, to be honest, it was a bit of a mixed experience.
When you first arrive the hotel looks really nice. The entrance, reception and outside areas all look impressive and you think you've made a good choice. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the same by the end of the holiday.
We found the hotel seemed to be mainly aimed at Italian and German guests. This was noticeable with the entertainment and food, and as British guests we sometimes felt a bit left out. We also had a few occasions where we felt the staff were quite rude towards British guests, which wasn't a great experience.
The food wasn't very good in our opinion. I'd give the main restaurant about 5 out of 10. There was some choice but we found a lot of it quite bland and there wasn't much that we particularly enjoyed. We also tried the Route 66 restaurant and weren't impressed with that either.
The drinks were nothing special. Even the cocktails were disappointing.
One of the things that really got to us was the cockroaches. We saw quite a few, especially in the evenings. They seemed to come out more as it got later and it made it difficult to sit outside and relax when you were constantly seeing them.
There was also a strong smell of sewage around parts of the hotel. Some evenings it was particularly noticeable and it wasn't pleasant at all.
We also weren't happy with what happened on our arrival and departure days. We arrived after 10pm on the first night, so we'd already lost most of that day. On the day we left, we didn't leave until around 6:30pm but were still charged to use the hotel facilities. We had paid for the full two weeks, so we didn't think that was particularly fair.
It's a shame because the hotel itself is a lovely-looking place and could be really good. Unfortunately, for us, the food, drinks, service, cockroaches and sewage smell all took away from the holiday.
Would we go back? No, unfortunately we wouldn't.
I had a wonderful 7-night stay at H10 Tindaya and I am really happy with everything. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. My room was clean, comfortable and refreshed every day. The housekeeping team did an excellent job. The food was one of the highlights – the buffet had a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the different options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bars were also very good, with friendly staff and a nice selection of drinks. The pools are fantastic and the beach right in front of the hotel is simply stunning – clean, wide and with beautiful turquoise water. It was a pleasure to spend time there every day. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, helpful and always smiling. From reception to the restaurant and bar teams, everyone made me feel welcome. Overall, it was a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday. The location, cleanliness, food and atmosphere were all excellent. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend H10 Tindaya to anyone looking for a great holiday in Fuerteventura. Thank you to the whole team!
Unacceptable experience for a four-star hotel
We paid almost €300 for one night in a room filled with an extremely strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The problem worsened during the night, making it almost impossible to sleep and leaving us with severe headaches and nausea.
It is unacceptable that the room was not properly inspected before our arrival. The hotel’s response was also inadequate and showed little concern for the serious inconvenience we experienced.
One of our worst hotel stays ever. Definitely not recommended.
