Rooms are comfortable asked for extra pillows at reception no problem, bathroom good free shower gel, free safety deposit box which is a bonus all in all decent place to stay. Food was lovely so much choice,  don't believe all reviews form your own opinion, ok so shops are a bit of a walk but I only went once and you can easily get taxi back.

Went for complete RndR and that's what we did, sunbathed, ate slept very relaxing.

Why anyone would write a bad review about this hotel is beyond me it’s our second day here and we are having the best holiday

The hotel is located in a remote area. The beach theoretically is about 1600 m, but the nicer part is over 2 km away. But it was obvious from the description and was not a surprise. It is probably impossible to go out in the evening (there's nowhere to go). The hotel itself meets all the expectations that can be expected from a facility that is not the most expensive (on the contrary).
The food was good, although there was no choice of dozens of dishes :). The drinks were local of course but the alcohol was not diluted... There are a lot of stairs in the hotel, I couldn't even imagine there could be so many of them in a relatively low building. The architects showed off their imagination :). Some of the elevators usually didn't work, so we admired the many people who managed to cope despite their ample shapes. There were also many older people (mainly Spaniards) who could also handle the stairs.
Interestingly, although the daily dinner dishes included both fish and meat, the exception was Fridays. It was the only day of the week when there were no fish. Meat reigned supreme. Even the paella had meat. The situation repeated itself on both Fridays that we spent at the hotel. I don't believe in coincidence... The chef must have been a Zapatero fan. :)
But the overall impression is very good. Large rooms. There is a heater-dryer in the bathroom. Towels changed every day, bed linen probably every two days.  A large swimming pool with warm (a little too warm) water. There was no problem with the beds. It could be a bit deeper (90-130 cm), but I could live with it.
The animations are rather modest (daily aqua-gym and water polo) as is the evening entertainment (in an indoor venue, i.e. not disturbing).
A car is almost necessary. It is best to use a CiCar rental. Prices approx. 30 euros/day.
Contrary to the information on the TUI website, wifi is free as are safety-boxes.
I don't understand the critics. The hotel is not perfect but they should consider the price. It certainly corresponds to the quality.
It is also worth mentioning the service. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. I particularly remember a restaurant employee named Khushbu. But the others were great too.

Good hotel although not the best

Large spacious hotel in well looked after grounds.  Nothing around hotel apart from a couple of restaurants, not many shops or bars. 
Just nothing around.
Shuttle bus takes you for free to the beach 1st stop nice beach with sun loungers and brolly 15 euros. 2nd stop is a nudist beach to make everyone aware so no one is surprised 😂

Rooms
Quite a good size, basic with no fridges. Cleaned daily, fresh towels no issues.

Food / Restaurant 
No themed restaurants such a let down, it’s buffet all day every day.

Breakfast as you would expect however all food is cold, got advised to use a microwave to heat it up, I mean how long has it been there?  No omlette station or freshly cooked items for you
Lunch
Served at pool restaurant salads, burgers, pasta etc best food of the day for snacking but again buffet style
Dinner
Poor buffet choice, think they just use the days before leftovers and again it’s cold with a new label on it
No fresh cooked food options
Waited for a piece of fish and got told NO seriously?? 
I did end up with a piece of fish that hadn’t been cooked 10 mins before and left to go cold in a dish, determined I was having something fresh!!
Wine is vile tastes like vinegar, cocktails are rubbish pre mixed unless you pay.

Entertainment 
Animation team do try to get people involved so there is an option for water aerobics & games all very polite & friendly, not pushy.
Night entertainment was rubbish, bingo and disco, a magician show came in that was ok for an hour.

Overall
Clean place, definitely would not recommend or return as it’s boring & nowhere to go or do anything.

Mediocre Hotel would not recommend

Stayed for 11 nights at this hotel as we booked with TUI and I must say that some of the reviews are in my opinion unfair. The booking in process was quick and we was allocated the high floor room as we requested. The room its self was spacious with a nice balcony over looking the pool which was nice to see in the evening. We did have a couple of issues with the room with the shower which hit me on the head twice and the bathroom lights and the door would not lock which should have taken minutes to fix but took the hotel 9 days to fix so they need to look at there maintenance. We went to the pool after breakfast and there was plenty of sun beds so no need to reserve, pool was one of the warmest I've been to so good news. The entertainment team are very active and seem to keep guests engaged although we did not join in as we just went for the rest. The evening entertainment could be improved by bring in more acts from outside. There are two restraints which we used both and the food was fine and always found something to eat but I would suggest the food on the hot plate needs to be hotter.
Cleaning of the room and the pool area was very good and the staff need to be commended, they even cleaned the small white  tables around the pool area. That said they need a cleaner of an evening as I slipped on drink that had not been cleaned up and injured my knee so spent the rest of the holiday on the sun bed. The hotel run a bus to the two beaches which was very useful but it could stop nearer the first beach if possible, sun beds and parasols are 5eurs each all-day which is very fair.
We found all staff to be very  attenuative and polite which is a credit to the hotel, all in all we had a good stay and yes we would return. During our stay the hotel was making some changes to the food and I would hope that at breakfast Omelettes are available and lunch a selection of cold meets as not all guests want a fully cooked lunch.
