The hotel features tropical gardens, palatial reception rooms and currently boasts the best spa on the island. Situated in an independent wing of the hotel The Bahia Vital Spa provides the perfect balance between mind and body and guests have no choice but to relax. Further relaxation may be enjoyed on the golden sand beach where there are loungers and parasols for guests'use. The hotel offers six restaurants including speciality a la carte restaurants open on alternative evenings, as well as a main buffet style restaurant and the Coco Bahia Lounge & Club located directly on the beach. Young guests are well catered for with a mini club, playground, wii games area (7-14 years) .
Currently still here at this marvellous hotel. Into our 3rd night and cannot fault this gem. Spectacular views from our balcony, rooms super clean, love the whirl pool hidden away and so peaceful, great 30 mins walk into town, lots of variety of food for dinner especially for my vegetarian husband, friendly staff - loving our holiday here ❤️❤️❤️
Lovely Hotel, half board catering was excellent. The spa is a welcome change from the pool when weather is not sunny (and even when it is); the pool is one of the best we have experienced. Highly recommended!

This was a nice hotel but in our opinion it was not 5*. The room was nice and clean and the daily maid and turn down service was good. Most staff were friendly. It was difficult to book the speciality restaurants on the hotel app and most were booked up pretty quickly. The food in them all (Except for Teriyaki) was nothing to write home about. I think the bar drinks were watered down as well. Only first and second floor rooms had a decent sea views view and do not waste your money upgrading to “preferred” as you do not get anything extra really. One of the restaurants was closed when we stayed and when you arrive, the street scene opposite and to the side of the hotel looks like a building site. The spa was lovely though and the inside pool which you can use without booking a spa treatment. I had a massage though and it was lovely but a bit pricey at 106 euros.
We travelled with JET2 to the hotel, accompanying my wife’s sister and husband who were celebrating their golden wedding anniversary. Our check in was welcoming and the concierge was brilliant. We stayed in a preferred club junior suite with sea view and the room was lovely and sea view fantastic. The lady who looked after our room kept it spotless and we are very grateful. The food and restaurants are fantastic although it took the four of us time to adapt to the lunchtime al a carte - we all started off by wanting a simple choose your own buffet, but after a few days really enjoyed the service to table. Disappointed that the Bay Lounge restaurant did not open at all during our two week stay. The majority of staff cannot help you enough. We were disappointed with the pool area - there are no pool chairs, which made it difficult for my brother in law (who has mobility issues) to use the sunbeds and he had to return to his room and use the balcony chairs for comfort. The pool supposedly only opens at 11, but most people arrived at 9 to find a sunbed (which were all available throughout the day. The pool bar area doesn’t open until 11 which is disappointing for those that would like a coffee. In summary, a wonderful holiday which could have been better if the pool chair and bar opening times could be tweaked.
My final comment relates to JET2 and no way reflects on the hotel whose concierge could not have been more helpful. We booked what is supposed to be an Indulgent Escape holiday. Most of it lived up to its name until our return transfer back to the airport didn’t arrive despite us arriving 20 minutes before our allocated pick up time. Long story, but my advice is do not trust Jet2 private transfers.
