In the spectacular dunes in the north of Fuerteventura, Spain, stands the Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas. It includes two fresh water swimming pools, a solarium terrace, hot tub, sauna, gym and the “Renova Spa” health and beauty centre with a range of different treatments and massages. There's no better way to taste the typical flavours of the Canary Islands than by sampling the menus carefully prepared for you by our chefs.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including an outdoor tennis court and a sauna. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and shopping on-site.
We love this hotel. The wonderful staff, the setting, the spacious rooms and the restaurant. We are looking forward to it reopening after refurbishment but will miss its classical style.
Good hotel and great location, food and cleanliness second to none, staff fantastic. But there's one big problem, if your not at the pool by 7.30am you will not get a sunbed every single morning they were all reserved and people not showing up until dinner time.most days we went the beach and hired them, I'm not coming on holiday to get up at that time I want to relax and chill Other hotels will not let guests round the pools until at least 0900. To be honest I probably won't come back unless they change this policy when the referb is complete.
Lovely hotel which is very well run with efficient and polite staff. The food and drink selection was great and the entertainment had something for everyone. I believe the hotel is being refurbished from Oct 2026 to April 2027 and will re-open as a 5* (currently4*) although they were pretty close to a 5* for service alone! This was our second visit in 2 years and we can't wait to go back again.
I got a very noisy room When i came in, the first thing i noticed was a constant humming, like you are in a machine room. Very irritating and impossible to sleep without earplugs You notice the sound at the end of the hallway on the 5 floor, only there I think it s the ventilation system or geerator that runs through te closet of the rooms I requested an other room, but they denied because there s no place Im only there for 3 days, so thats gonna be a great disappointment Never book this hotel again I booked it via the Riu, website because im a Riu member,so i could make a complaint on the website they said. So before you book, be warned that not every room is ok. I looked on the internet and there are several complaints about that noise.
What a fantastic hotel, you couldn't want for anything. Rooms excellent, roomy and very clean. You won't go hungry, there is a 24hr snack bar in case you do, but food choice is excellent, lots of variation and good portion sizes!!
