Brilliant hotel, food delicious, entertainment really good something for everyone! Rami was really nice, can’t wait to go back again.
We stayed at the Bluesea at the beginning of September, we were a family of eight mixture of ages from 7 to 81 years old.
We had an amazing experience the hotel is extremely clean, the food is delicious, location amazing, staff really friendly and very helpful and the rooms are spacious. We would definitely return.
I cannot fault the hotel at all it ticked all our needs.
The pool opens at 9am which is great no reserving sun lounges early and theres plenty.
There is a children's club but our girls were the only children at the time but they still came round to see if they wanted to go, which they did a few times.
Evening entertainment is a mixture of music, bingo and quizzes just enough for us.
Top tip take some euros to buy your cups on the first day, they are 1euro each and the money is refundable when you leave. The cups are for around the pool and each time you get a new drink a fresh cup is given.
The only thing I would alter is that we were drop number 10 from the airport, and we kept going up and down and passed our hotel numerous times, so personally would get a private transfer.
Last year we stayed at a sister hotel in playa blanca and had the same amazing great experience.
This hotel is a good hotel. Excellant location to shops and the beach. Hotel is very clean and the staff are great. Any issues that came up were resolved straight away. The only down side to this hotel was the food. Repetitive, not much choice, food items did not match selection, and very often what was lunch would be the same at dinner. For an All inclusive its poor. Very limited on snacks and choice. Great beer, San Miguel. I would stay there again if the food was better, otherwise avoid. Ate out on a few occasions and if you like a steak go to Poco Loco.
Everything was good but here's why I could only give it 5 stars, Just want to get the downsides out of the way, the pool does not have a shallow end, if you have children who are not that confident or not tall this is a problem and a concern, 1.40m to 1.5m all around, there is a permanent lifeguard and you can have flotation devices like noodles in the pool. The Spar only offered one deal and that was for a couple, I went to view but it never seemed to be open. I really want my son to develop his confidence because I really want to return to this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the vibe and the friendliness, coupled with a brilliant location. It helps that it is in the resort of Corralejo, a fantastic resort with just the right amount of everything, this is the main reason why I would want to go back, Corralejo is not huge and can be easily explored with the Bluesea Village as a base. The food was good and varied, no complaints at all, the chefs were all really friendly and helpful, plenty for the kids, they had a white chocolate fountain one night, wowza, its normally always brown chocolate. So the good points, the food and the team, big shout out to Sabrina, she was one of the bar team, so friendly, a great smile and really helped me to practice my Italian :) , her personality was great and a real asset to the hotel, she was great with my boy and you couldn't wait to get to the bar again. One of the reception staff MICOL was probably one of the best I have come across, nothing was to much trouble and she demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond time and time again, well done, wonderful. In terms of the staff I don't usually comment, people can have a lot going on in their lives, however I was dissapointed with a couple of proper grumps, two chaps who shall remain anonymous, one sometimes took over in the bar, both of them were waiters. One day they had a saxaphone player at the pool, he was really good and added to the relaxed vibe. I regret not getting his name but the main bartender was fantastic, he went out of his way to make my son feel special. The entertainment was okay, the quiz was a lot of fun. TIP as you walk around the town watch for the cycle lane that is part of the pavement, they go down at frightening speeds, a nasty accident waiting to happen,
I had a great time at this hotel! The games and animation staff, Jessica and Miguel, were amazing—so friendly, welcoming. They made the activities so much fun and really helped make our holiday memorable. Thank you both! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
