What a wonderful holiday! We went with Jet2 and this was our third visit to this hotel, although we had never been in the Summer before. Everything was a delight We couldn't immediately get into our room, though this was dealt with as fast as possible - and what does one expect when the plan arrives early? The Bar was open and we enjoyed a lovely meal and a drink as we waited. When we got in there, the room was beautifully clean and set up for us. We had a first floor apartment overlooking the pool, with afternoon sunshine. This made it perfect for drying towels etc. and nicely warm for a cooler breakfast out on the balcony The Hotel staff are excellent. there was a slight hiccup with Wi-Fi in the early stages, but the (very hardworking) maintenance men came and re-booted for us and it was steady and reliable for the rest of our stay. The little supermarket is idea for basic needs and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Especial mention must be made of Jorge in the bar - what a showman! Lovely guy -and very chatty and friendly. All in all we thoroughly recommend this hotel - one of our really splendid holidays.
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, swimming pool and Pool bar very good staff very friendly,chatty,10 stars for them. Reception staff very unpleasant when asked them of something they rolled their eyes. The rooms are dirty and full of ants. Our flight was in the evening, so we asked about extending one of the rooms (we had three). We were informed that they couldn't extend it to five because new guests were arriving. When we asked if we could rent one room until tomorrow, we were very surprised because we got one of our rooms for €120 Rooms with a sea view only if you standing because when you sat down you could see the sky and a high wall. Good location close to restaurants and shops
Travelled with husband and 2 kids. Exceptionally rude young man on reception. This place is also very dated and noisy. No fan or air conditioning and apartments like small ovens. Go somewhere else
DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel staff stole €100 euros and £20 from my purse in a locked room that only they, myself and my friend had access to. The day before, my purse was moved and had clearly been opened. A group of boys opposite us had €200 taken from their room on their first day. When alerting staff they did not seem to care and acted like this was normal and it wasn’t their problem. I had to call the police and walk 45 minutes to the station to make a report in order to try and claim my money back which I still haven’t got back. Also the safe in my room did not work!
This is our 2nd visit to this hotel, 1st visit no issues had the best time, the latest visit was a different story.. pool area and staff are amazing, reception amazing also, our rooms and service was the problem, ants!! Ants everywhere, in our clothing, beds and we couldn’t use the kitchen area because they would infest in minutes. Room was serviced once during our stay, we had to ask reception for clean towels and basics for our room. Just outside our hotel room was dirty and not cleaned at all.
We had a good holiday in general just a shame about the rest.
