I am currently at this Hotel until 27/08/26, so here you go. The hotel itself is great, most of the staff are great, very good and location is fab, however, if you want to be able to have fun with your kids by jumping in the pool , laying on an inflatable bed in the pool. Jump in the water, teach your kids how to dive in the deep end then don’t bother coming to this hotel, go somewhere else. It’s such a Shame that the pool staff are terrible, in all the countries across the world I have been to this is the worst I have ever seen. We all know safety is paramount, but the lifeguards shouting at kids is an absolute disgrace and also for parents for laying across a laylow or jumping in. I have no words for these members of staffs behaviour , apart from, I dare the top Manager to come and speak to me and other guests, but I doubt they will !!!!!!
Returned from H10 suites on 8th August.
The hotel - hotel is very nice and staff are very friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day and you always see grounds people about tidying up and maintaining. The drinks are a good quality and all branded not like others who use cheaper stuff. The food was disappointing pretty much the same thing for dinner and tea every day. No kids corner on the buffet so have the same as the adults. Entertainment on an evening was good started at 9 and went on for 45 minutes so could do with being longer.
Fuertureventura isn’t somewhere we would return very windy - hence why it’s called Fuertureventura and sun doesn’t come out till 1400 some days. The trips and activities around are very expensive, £145 for 40 minutes on a jet ski, another we looked at was the off road buggies that’s was a 1.5hr tour and would have cost £250. We always like to do a few trips and activities while away but these prices no thanks.
Location excellent, atmosphere we would recommend a visit to the music square, rooms comfortable and clean.
Family of four just returned from a week’s stay.
Location - perfect, right off the strip but no noise. Easy walking distance to water park and centre, beaches, ferries etc. only an hour from the airport.
Rooms- pool view room on ground floor was perfect for us, we could sit and watch the kids in the pool from the comfort of our terrace. Beds were big and spacious, air con, lots of storage, lovely big bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping.
Staff - everyone we came across was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Bar and restaurant staff in particular, were very patient with children and language barriers.
Pools- one quiet pool and one family pool with slides, music and entertainment. Both great and always life guards in attendance. The enforcement of rules around the pool was inconsistent depending on the lifeguard but in general we appreciated the attention being paid to water safety. The only negative was that despite the pool not opening until 10, sun beds would be all reserved by 8 or earlier and despite being a family of four we only had two chairs on our terrace.
Food- we were all inclusive, lovely food, we really enjoyed the evening meals at the buffet, it’s not huge but still plenty of choice and something different each evening. Lunch at the buffet was a bit more limited but we often went to the pool bar instead. Lovely three course meal at mamma Mia’s. We did eat out twice to vary it. We would probably go half board next time as there’s so much choice nearby. Drinks were all branded, lovely cocktails and mocktails.
Entertainment- brilliant for the size of the hotel and considering there is no large entertainment space but instead small intimate bar areas, which we preferred. Excellent singers, especially the Aretha Franklin tribute act.
Overall we had a brilliant first holiday in Fuerteventura and would definitely return to this hotel.
The location is bang on for heading into town and also for the beach and waterpark which is just up the bank. We were late checking in due to a delay, went through the usual process of checking in and off to the room. We did half board and the food was good. Not a massive selection but was ok. Not too many choices for kids mind, so struggled with that on the odd night. Managed most days but decided to eat out the other nights as I get fed up of jostling about for food. You do get 1 meal in the Italian there which is ok, you do need to book a few days before you intend to go. Other than the upstairs bar tenders and the groundsman, the staff - weather they'd just had enough of all the families- I dont know, but they're just so miserable. All of them look fed up and you feel more like you're an inconvenience to them. Happy to take every penny from you they can, but not willing even to drop you a smile or engage with you in any way. Our flight was after 8pm so looked to swap the evening meal for dinner which we'd done the previous day. Was told 'not possible' as our half board terminated at breakfast. Which i thought was odd. So wouldn't accommodate that request. A few people in the lobby seemed to have had their late room terminated and were asked to use the underground showers. Which were no better than a poor campsite washroom from the complaints from people. The place is clean, the pools are good, the location is good. It definitely has potential to be better than it is. We tend to keep ourselves to ourselves and just tend to accept a lot of things, like 3 days out of the 7 going to reception as we've got 1 or 2 towels between 4 of us and the fact you can only swap the beach towels they give you the one time. But for a customer facing vocation that they've chosen to be in, then theres definitely a few key skills missing. Wouldn't stay at this particular hotel again although we did have a good holiday. If you booked here, you'll be OK. Just manage your expectations.
