Set at approximately 200 metres from Dunas de Corralejo Park, the idyllic location of this complex offers lots of desert landscapes and dunes, as well as white sandy beaches and turquoise water. Guests will be at only 3km from the centre of Corralejo, where in the Old quarter they can find the remains of a typical fishing village, with numerous restaurants serving freshly caught specialities. Those looking for bars and shopping opportunities can find them in the newer parts of the city. The complex itself also houses an excellent restaurant offering a wide range of dishes and boasting an extensive wine list. Each of the white-washed villas has a stylish décor with high archways, soft lighting and opens to a large poolside terrace. Guests can refresh in the private pools or treat themselves with a visit to the spa and enjoy the Finnish and Turkish sauna and the rain-effect showers.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Went here 6 years ago, before covid. I could certainly see that some improvements had been made, especially within the restaurant area. So pleased to see that 'bubbles' were still offered with breakfast. However, this was no longer serve yourself, but poured for you. The villas, in my opinion, now need updating. The bathrooms and kitchens are a little rough around the edges and need upgrading. We paid extra for a heated pool, but my God, was it still cold!!!! Please be aware. The staff are all very pleasant, helpful and cant do enough for you. We enjoyed our time there, but dont think we will visit again....we have done our time there and there are other places to explore.
This is our 2nd visit in 5 months, I think that tells you everything.💙 We stayed for 10 nights in a Royal Villa on a B&B basis, and the choice of breakfast is second to none, you can even have poached eggs, smoked salmon and avocado. All the staff go the extra mile and are really helpful and professional. Special shout out to Ibrahim the security man he is a superstar. Resort is kept absolutely pristine even though small works are ongoing in various places, these never caused us any issues. We never saw any cockroaches either around/inside our villa or within the grounds. We had a minor issue with the safe but the maintenance man was there very promptly and fixed it straight away. The only thing we would say that our bathrooms could really do with updating, but it wouldn’t put us off booking again. See you soon 💙💙
We had our second stay here in May 2026 and made more unforgettable memories. Fabulous layout of villas and wonderful staff and facilities.
We have stayed here before 8 years ago and honestly we absolutely loved it, hence booking again.
This time around we were actually pretty disappointed, the rooms feels dated now and the showers don't work or you end up stood in a pool of water.
However the absolute worst thing is the ongoing maintenance and building work going on all day. You cannot sit by the pool and relax without hearing drilling, hammering and chainsaw noises ALL DAY. Do not book this place if you want to relax it's actually impossible. I wish I could attach Videos so you could hear the noise!! If they try to put you in villa 7 - 3 just point blank refuse, the villa next door is under a full renovation. The work starts at 8.30am too so kiss goodbye to a sleep in.
Utterly disappointed :(
On first impressions, the complex is very beautiful, with the white wash villas with the striking blue. All streets, restaurant and outdoor areas are well kept.
We were given Royal Villa 8-4. Upon arrival our villa was very clean and spacious. Open plan living, kitchen & dining area with all the necessary amenities. 3 large bedrooms with ensuite. We upgraded to have an interconnecting room as we had 2 small children (15€ per night) - this gave great piece of mind.
As we arrived in the evening, we didn't see the outdoor area in true light. The next morning we were shocked to see our pool had a yellow grimey mark around the waterline, it didn't appear clean, especially in comparison to other villas we could see from our rooftop. We called reception and the pool cleaner didn't come until the next day... The yellow mark was still there, I think it needs a refresh and deep clean to be removed.
That morning, we also experienced a burst pipe on our roof terrace. There was water leaking through the master ensuite ceiling and through the light fixtures. My partner went to reception to sort. Receptionist did what he could, liaising with the manager in the attached room. My partner asked to speak with the manager directly, but she wouldn't come out. They would not offer an alternative villa. They did send out maintenance who arrived swiftly and fixed. Whilst there the lock broke on the main patio doors, which he fixed there and then.
We had a half board package. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were great with plenty of choice, all fresh, and great variety throughout the week with it's themed nights.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and attentive.
Location is lovely, very quiet. A couple of supermarkets within a short walk. Taxi to the center is no more than 8€, alternatively it is about a 40min stroll.
We had a late flight home. We were told that there was no availability for us to have a later check out, however they do have a complimentary shower room to freshen up, and storage for cases.
Overall, despite the few problems with the villa at the start, we had a lovely stay.
