This hotel is not the best . Entertainment is limited both days and evenings though the lady doing it did try hard . Food not that good when we went in had to ask for more to be brought out as kept running low. The rooms are very tired no air conditioning just fans bathroom stank it needs updating. Kettle and fridge in room was a bonus. The staff were really good apart from the lady who was incharge of the cleaners around the pool who took great pleasure in destroying the inflatables in the pool one morning. I know it says not allowed but it also says that they will turn a blind eye to them they were used in the kids pool . The place needs investment. But you only get what you pay for and it was cheap but I would definitely not go back to this place
Absolutely disgusting , rooms were so bad , damaged items, filthy , no aircon and it was very hot !! People smoking weed, Restaurant was terrible , staff were lovely but i was totally shocked with everything else . Put in a complaint to the hotel and they dont even have the decency to reply so am now taking it further , this is definately no 3 star hotel !!
Just back from a week at this hotel, food decent, pool ok, pool bar ok, day time entertainment was ok girl tries very hard, didn’t get chance to sample night time entertainment, rooms though are a joke, ours was not bad tidied most days but a few of my friends weren’t touched, biggest problem was the heat even with a fan in the room the heat was unbearable, would I return properly not because of the rooms they definitely need upgraded.
It is a dated hotel definitely needs a tidy up the rooms are quite outdated.Stefano was a really lovely friendly welcoming staff member.The cleaning staff work very hard indeed.The food was great no complaints.My only issue was the pool area for those that paid all inclusive they were on the drink all day,there was quite a few families with young children & we only stayed by the pool for one day & that was enough,the swearing & talking about drugs was too much.I understand paying for all inclusive but it was too much listening to the foul language.Then there was people ‘queuing for the sunbeds getting 8/9 beds for those that were not even there in the same spot day in & day out we only did one day around the pool that was enough. The entertainment was good.Unfortunately there were those that continued to be noisy so going to sleep proved to be a task. The hotel does need updating the shower curtain in our room definitely needs changing,the fan needed a very good clean it was very dirty.On the plus side the beach was a 10 minute walk which is where we spent most of our time very peaceful.
The hotel is very dated and needs a re-furbishment. Hadn’t been to the island since before Covid and I would say the whole place has went way downhill. The hotel is dated but things like having light bulbs changed, decent pillows, cushions to make the sofa sittable, etc wouldn’t cost the world. Rooms have no AC, just one fan which is a poor substitute and only helps in 1 room; sleep was very poor. Entertainment was ok, the German lady Kristina absolutely tries her best. The pool guy was lovely. The rest of the staff were pretty hit and miss. Food again was ok, kinda what you expect in All Inclusive. Breakfast was good. The maids cleaned faithfully every day but with broken tiles, ingrained dirt etc I’m not sure what more they could do.
