The hotel offers an excellent range of facilities for all ages including two outdoor swimming pools, both with plenty of sunbathing areas to relax and top up the tan - including one with a beautiful sea view. There is also a gym, sauna, squash court and recreational games room to keep you occupied throughout the day. Spend your evenings at the late-night lounge bar, mingle with some drinks, partake in some karaoke or just sit back and enjoy the evening.
Ereza Mar Hotel also offers food to tempt every taste bud; you'll be able to head to the buffet for main meals or snack at the Buffalo Snack Bar. For a change of scenery, you may want to dine in the à la carte restaurant which specialises in rice and sea food dishes.
Rooms are designed carefully to ensure a comfortable stay. All are equipped with bathroom, shower, a hairdryer, minibar, safe, flat screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, desk and complete with a terrace or balcony. Room upgrades are available at a supplement.

The hotel was just ok - it was clean and rooms were adequate.
The atmosphere lacked - it was missing something , music was not played often around the pool, no water aerobics or pool games , somedays there was a lack of sun-beds as well.
The food was average and the restaurant was too hot with no air con on.
The evening entertainment was dull and most nights we had to go out as it was so boring.
The pool bar had no real Food just pre made snack that were not nice.
The all inclusive option fell below standards of a 4 star hotel - drinks were watered down and the having to give room number all the form became annoying.
The hotel felt very much like a 3 star at best and left us feeling underwhelmed and disappointed.
The air con in the room was very weak and the room Was often hot and stuffy.
Despite everything if you’re looking for a very quite hotel with no atmosphere and don’t want to leave the hotel it may suit you.
Whilst we have made the best to have a nice time, there's a lot of changes that need to be made to this hotel to make it 4*. There are flooring issues around the pool and into the restaurant. The flooring is even coming loose in our room. As I am traveling with someone with a walking stick, it was tricky especially on the ramp coming out of the restaurant as she got her stick caught in one of the holes in the floor & she lost her balance. Reporter to a member of staff who walked off with no reply. All meals are served in the same place with zero atmosphere. Self service drinks at evening meals which again is poor as other 4* hotels would have someone topping up your wine. The food is poor quality & not always hot with minimal choice. Be very careful what you eat here too. We stayed all inclusive & upon arrival at nearly 11pm, we weren't given anything but instead when we got to our room there was a chargeable room service menu which has finished along with snacks in the fridge which were also chargeable, this makes no sense to me. Whilst we had a nice sea view room, there was also an ant problem. Again reported but not dealt with. Most of the staff all look depressed & are extremely rude especially the lifeguards & the blond woman on reception. The hotel seems to make up it's own rules, like putting padlocks on doors so you can get out until 7am but they hadn't done it until our last day. When we asked reception, they just said that's what the maintenance man had decided to do. Yes, it's a lovely view if you can get a bed around the infinity pool but as there's only 16, this is hard work. Our flight is later on so asked if we could get a late checkout & we're initially told to ask on day of departure. I did this and was immediately told no in a rude manner. My mum is disabled & there's no consideration for that at all. We definitely will not be returning here but Caleta de fuste itself is lovely.
Food disgraceful sometimes not even cooked. We found mouldy gluten free cakes,not enough sun beds,no sun parasols,and heaven forbid if you move a chair or bed to get shade the staff/life guards shout at you to put it back! Flooring near pool and restaurant has holes in a poor lady got her walking stick stuck, hotel management are very rude when you complain To say this is suppose to be a 4⭐️ is a total joke. Avoid at all costs
Avoid this hotel, unless you are happy to get up at 6am to claim a sunbed around the pool, or more specifically, one with shade!! The hotel was full when we arrived, and yet (circa 320 people...160 rooms) there were only 50 sunbeds around the pool, and surrounding areas!! There were only 9 thatched umbrellas around the pool, and 3 more large banana umbrellas to cover 3 tables and chairs at the rear of the hotel (looking out over the sea and rocks). AND if you dare to move the sunbeds out of the very hot sun and into the shade, the lifeguard marches over, closely followed by the entertainment manager (Sayeed...the animation team...well, just the one guy) and promptly told to return the bed to it's original position!! As they needed to keep them inline, and keep the walkway clear. (You could have got a whole football team through, side by side)...Absolutely crazy!! The snacks through the day were very dry and basic, and you are only allowed 2 drinks at a time, so make sure the whole of your party go to the bar, as you will not be able to get their drinks.
So the beach is an option, but you will pay 10.5 Euros a day. (It is a huge beach though, with plenty of space to move your beds around your sunshade)
The rooms are basic, but clean, although many people, that we spoke to, had issues with the paint peeling off of the ceiling due to recent water leaks from the rooms above, that had been painted over, but the problem had not be resolved.
DO NOT use anything from the fridge unless you are prepared to pay for it. We arrived late in the evening, there was nowhere to get water, (after you have drunk the 'complementary' 75cl of water that they leave you on the table), even after asking reception for help!!
The entertainment in the evening is dire!! Luckily my husband was able to get the guests motivated on the Karaoke night... but if you don't sit in the bar room, you are not allowed to indulge in the quiz etc, which was interesting as there are only about 40 seats available for any evening entertainment inside the bar.
The food...well, what can I say...they've tried, I guess. But not enough...many people ate out, because the meats were so dry, and the food was very repetitive....the salads were ok, but definitely made from the food left over from the previous day!
This is definitely not a 4 star!! 3 star, at a push!! Sorry guys, we won't be back.
The hotel has 160 rooms. It had 320 people in resort as the hotel was full for the week. It had 28 lounger type seats in the resort outside entertainment area. It had 50 wicker type chairs and long bench seat within the resort entertainment room. Total maximum 78 seats for 320 people inside and outside. Hope you like standing! You were not allowed to take part in the quiz or bingo or other entertainment if sitting outside in one the 28 seats or standing anywhere. Also, only 1 person at the evening bar, so queueing for 30-40 minutes to be served with 2 drinks only per person, and not even allowed to take drinks for our friends using their room number, who also queued for 30-40 minutes. You have to be an early riser at least 06:00, as 320 people were racing for 50 sunbeds with only 9 straw fixed umbrellas for shade around the main pool. God forbid you move any of the furniture for shade during the day, as you get verbally told off by the mini pool life guard with an attitude problem, shouting to put it back or leave the resort. Only 3 wind up umbrellas on the front of the resort for 24 chairs and 44 sunbeds. 1 was broken, so only 2 umbrellas that could not be moved anywhere. DO NOT expect shade from the sun here and be prepared to bake. Food was all inclusive same old same old, barely cooked properly for 7 days, and if you didn't get there for 13:00, then it was dry and overcooked. Mid morning snacks were cling film wrapped sandwiches which were like the worst lunch box warm sweaty type, with occasional spring rolls and questionable chicken wings. We went out for the evening meals so do not go all inclusive is my advice. Sayeed, the entertainer, pool attendant, games manager, Karaoke manager etc etc, you get the drift here, was not polite in anyway regarding the requirement for shade or sunbeds or even just seating. The Jet2 rep was none existent and attended as and when they wanted, and certainly not within the published time during your all inclusive lunch time of 12:45-13:15. I waited for this rep only to be told they had been at 12:05 and left at 12:35 as they had to be somewhere else. The rep didn't call me even though the receptionist passed my number to them. The Jet2 folder was useless in its content for contacting the rep, just UK emergency helpline was available. Hotel was clean but the towels did shrink from a large bath towel on arrival to a modest hand towel on departure. Not sure why? The 4 of us did not stay at the resort for all inclusive as we left for the close by, shaded beach every day with good beach food available there. All in All I feel Jet2 failed to conduct a thorough resort review of this hotel, otherwise they would have seen what we experienced and raised concerns to the resort, the resort said I had booked with Jet2 so it was nothing to do with them about my unhappiness, it was Jet2. Due to my unhappiness, I engaged with the Jet2 Jetbot on their app at 16:29 and after a number of frustrations was passed through to an agent at 16:31. I was asked to wait as the next agent would be along shortly. 3hrs 45 minutes later at 20:13, Tracy reached out with the same number in the Jet2 folder -0113 887 0350 saying she could not help, but for any further assistance please call the number provided. I had lost the will to live and spent the next 35 minutes queueing for a final drink before i went to bed. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE If you go somewhere else, as we will be doing next time for sure.
