Very relaxed stay
We have just returned after spending 2 weeks here.
There are lots of positives about this hotel the rooms are very clean as is the rest of the hotel.
The pool is beautiful and is so quiet during the day there is no fighting for sun beds at all with some days there only being 2 couples round the pool for the full day.
Cruz Campo was on draft which was great.
The courtyard is a lovely area which when lit up at night is really romantic.
The drinks are quite pricey with a pint being €6.50, however what we were quite disappointed in was a non alcoholic San Francisco being €9.50 for my pregnant wife especially when the orange juice for this is from the breakfast machine.
The reason I haven't given this 5 stars is down to the food, due to the time of year it was à la carte only for Dinner which was not to our taste, especially for my pregnant wife. The chefs were very kind and accommodated my wife by making her pasta but due to us being here for 2 weeks we did struggle and sometimes some of the food did not seem fresh and felt like over the 2 weeks it's felt very repetitive. We did therefore go out and eat quite a few times.
It is quite a distance from the beach which we obviously knew before hand but the hotel is quite isolated and is extremely quiet, however only a €5 taxi to the town.
Some staff that really helped make our stay special were Angel, Andrea and Tania who went out of their way to be so kind and friendly.
I would stay here again for a shorter stay, and would recommend it but would hope changes to the food are made.

Just Back from holiday 4th July to 15th July - What a great hotel - & Thank-you to All staff at Elba Palace
Everything was perfect - Food was great and lots of it - Don't be Frightened to Ask for things like chips & just a little ice cream for desert - Staff were amazing & it was really peaceful - Location was around 15 mins from Airport so around €25 in Taxi - 20 - 30 mins walk to near by shopping centre, although there was a free bus from hotel running every 60 mins - Golf Course looked very nice but i was unable to play due to breaking my ankle 6 weeks before our holiday so was in a wheel chair - Even in the Chair was able to get around the hotel without issues - Rooms were a great size - Good Bathroom also with both shower and bath - Very Clean - Rooms made up in the morning and also the evening -
Only a small moan - Drink Prices - expect to pay a little extra at nice hotel but think they were a little too high - €6.50 for a beer - €5 for a small coke

Fabulous hotel facilities and great customer service. Facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Pool area was quiet and clean. Condition of the golf course was exceptional. Used the gym a few times which was well kitted out, but no air con which wasn’t ideal but could leave external doors open for a breeze. A good walkable distance from town (30mins) which meant we could manage without a hire car. Would highly recommend

Fantastic as always
Recently returned from our third stay at this wonderfully relaxing hotel and already planning on returning next year. The staff as always looked after us really well and Aneta is always on hand to answer any questions or queries you might have. The only slight disappointment this year there was no Yamilla she was always entertaining and attentive Overall we would highly recommend this 5 star hotel if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing holiday
A peaceful night away
We stayed for one night to celebrate my partner's birthday. It was fabulous to be greeted with a glass of champagne at reception. Sueta looked after us so well and had kindly upgraded us to a golf view room. The rooms are large and very well laid out, the bed was enormous and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. Our only minor gripe was that we had booked half board but were not informed what was and was not included on the dinner menu but other than that the food, wine and service were very good. The pool is lovely and quiet with very good quality sun loungers. This is a very quiet adults only hotel which was perfect for us.
