Wouldn’t ever return to this hotel unfortunately! First off THERE IS NO AIR CON ANYWHERE! It was unbearable to sleep and queuing in reception for ages to check in was awful. The rooms were also so run down and need updating, our balcony door didn’t have a lock and was held closed with a latch, the beds were super uncomfortable, there was broken plastic furniture on the balcony and it all just looked very scruffy. Same as the rest of the resort really, it could all do with updating. Just looks very tired and run down, as well as dead cockroaches everywhere! The all inclusive drinks were probably the worst I’ve ever experienced, simple cocktails like a mojito wernt unavailable and the pina coladas were made in a way that they curdled and were undrinkable. The main buffet restaurant was average, most of the food looked like it had been out under the lights way to long but there was always some fresh salad and some chicken or fish from the grill that was edible. The snack bar was HIDEOUS, toasties or dry burgers on paper plates that were barely edible. The only positive thing I will say about this place is all the staff are lovely but it’s not enough for me to ever want to visit again. I would also say the overall area surrounding the hotel is quite run down and could do with some regeneration, the beach in the area is quite nice though.
Had a fantastic week in this hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They work so hard. We had an issue with the battery in the door lock maintenance were there to fix it within 5 minutes. Food - something to eat every time (even for the fussiest of eaters like me). Pool areas were brilliant no sunbed wars. I managed to get sunbeds every day regardless of time. However there were still selfish ones with towels out at 7.30am rediculous as there were plenty spare. The hotel was very clean and I think they are refurbing rooms with ceiling fans which will be great.
Once again another amazing holiday in this friendly hotel. All the staff work so hard to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying their holiday. Can't wait to be back for christmas and new year I know it's going to be fantastic!!!!
Would highly recommend this hotel absolutely fantastic. 3 FRIENDS STAYED the hotel was lovely no fans in room so was a bit hot . The staff from reception. Bars . Restaurant. Cleaning staff animations team Martin was a credit to the hotel he was fun lovely and was a fantastic singer absolutely brilliant he was he is a credit to your hotel and should sing more at the shows . I have never been to a hotel that offers so much selection of food that will suit anyone chicken .pork .tuna prawns.pork chops . Steaks fantastic was really impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone . The reception staff they all were amazing and very helpful to be honest all staff were great. The o ly down side was as we don't drink alcohol we wanted a soft drink with our evening meal as half board we could get one as we had to pay by card and not cash luckily one of us had a card to pay as usually we all don't take cards with us .we wasn't told when booking with easy jet you cannot pay for drinks with cash so could be useful if people were told only card and advertise only card to pay for drinks. Apart from that we all enjoyed our stay and this should be a five star hotel and we will be coming back soon
Excellent hotel, staff are brilliant, great animation team , food is good rooms are comfortable and clean , great value for money, 4th time at this hotel and will be back
