The Club Caleta Dorada apartments are located in the tranquil tourist town of Caleta de Fuste, with panoramic views of the surrounding area. The apartments are situated in three different areas within the gardens of the complex, each with its own separate swimming pool. The sandy beach is 750 metres from the complex, whilst the local supermarket, restaurants & bars are all within easy walking distance.
Lovely hotel. friendly staff.always clean .couldnt fault it .the choice of food was really good.it was constantly refilled and areas cleaned.entertainment very good .
Real Review
Firstly, be prepared to carry plenty of cash because apparently “all-inclusive” still means paying deposits for basic things. You have to pay a deposit for pool towels, and when we went to return them we found out you need the original receipt to get your money back. Nobody made this clear when we paid the deposit. You then need ANOTHER deposit just to get reusable cups for drinks at the pool bar. I’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive where I’ve needed this much cash just for towels and cups.
The food is by far the worst part. It’s regularly cold, bland and sometimes so tough it’s difficult to eat. We’ve ended up spending extra money eating elsewhere, which completely defeats the point of paying for an all-inclusive holiday.
The staff are probably the only decent thing about the place, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for everything else.
Overall, really poor value for money.Save your money and book somewhere else.
Like a number of people who visited this hotel, reading the reviews I was a little concerned. Myself my partner and 2 x 15year olds. The whole place is clean. The all inclusive was very good. Bbq one night, steaks and sausages were great. King Prawns available at least 3 nights. Lovely paella few nights. Chinese night. Plus all the usual offers. Great breakfast. Staff were attentive and friendly. Please remember, if you’re rude to them, expect them to be less helpful. We had no issues. Reception were attentive if we required anything, shower water went over floor, reported it. They cleared drain, replaced towels. What else do you need? Location is 10mins downhill to beach. The room air con was great. The sea views lively to look out to. I reckon people who moan about this place probably have attitude. It’s an all inclusive, if you abuse it like some we saw, then take it out on staff, then complain about them. It’s your own doing.
Honestly, ignore the bad reviews — we had an amazing stay here and it was perfect for a last-minute, budget-friendly holiday! The hotel is in a great location, especially if you want to explore the island. We hired a car directly from reception, which made it so easy to get out and about and see different places, just like we did. All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every other day, and the hotel was generally kept clean, with staff constantly cleaning around the pool areas. The rooms are fully air-conditioned and have laminate flooring, which was great. We did have a few ants in the shower during our stay, but this didn't really bother us and the staff were always keeping on top of the cleaning. The food was good and, honestly, you get what you pay for. The pools were lovely and there was good entertainment too. A special mention has to go to Mickey, the entertainer! He was absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming, and he really helped make our stay what it was. The restaurant staff were also fantastic. I think one thing people sometimes forget on holiday is that if you're friendly and nice to the staff, they are friendly and nice back. We had nothing but good experiences with everyone because we treated them with the same respect and kindness we would expect ourselves. Another great thing is that you can rent hairdryers and pool towels from the hotel, which saves you taking up valuable space in your luggage! We stayed for 7 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for somewhere affordable, family-friendly and in a good location for exploring the island. Don't expect 5-star luxury when you're booking a budget holiday, but for what we paid, we genuinely couldn't fault it and would happily come back! ❤️🌴

Even for a fussy veggie I found the food excellent. The accommodation is very good for the money, the staff are friendly, and the facilities decent. Here is my one major complaint. It's 2026 and people are still allowed to smoke in public areas (not restraunt), including around the pool. I haven't been anywhere in the last five years where this is an issue.
