Chatur Costa Caleta

Great location, near shops, beach, restaurants and bars really nice stay, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was good, nice guests, good entertainment on day and night. Room was large, with nice balcony. Was cleaned regularly, air conditioning and tv worked well. Value for money. All areas were kept clean. Nice and quiet area and in hotel after lights out. Food could do with improvement but plenty to eat, you wouldn't go hungry, just better choices of food and serving times longer. Maybe wouldn't go all inclusive next time.

Location is perfect. Hotel is over crowded and basic. Rooms are basic but acceptable. They don’t change your towels unless you catch the team at the time. A lot of the views are unpleasant. It was quiet which was a plus. Clean enough. The food is very basic, not great at all and some guests are greedy. We didn’t eat there at all. There are some amazing restaurants nearby. The guests also put towels out early by the pool. There is no room around the pools that are very close together along with no space between the sun loungers. The pool does not get the sun all day. The all inclusive didn’t apply we were charged for the ‘included’ drink. You can book a shower in the afternoon if you have a late flight but we weren’t told so had to do without.

Firstly, forget the bad reviews, people know when they book, that this is a 3 star hotel, not 5, the location is fatastic, very near the centre and the beach,somecgreat little pubs and restaurants close by, the staff were all lovely, work very hard and always smiling and gappy to help, entertainment was good too, tribute acts, acrobatics, etc, food was really really good for 3 stars, always varied, drinks flowing freely, beer, wine and soft drinks and hot drinks self serve, rooms were spotless and beds very comfy, enjoy what you paid for
