Me and my sister just spent the week here and what a amazing holiday, we had , there is not a bad thing i can say about the place, food was good, room was lovely, eveywhere was clean, the staff all work really hard. The roof top is amazing adults only !! Was so peaceful. Great location walking distance to shops, bars. The beach is also walking distance and the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Would 100% go again. We went last minute so got a really good price definitely great value for the money. All the cocktails are included in the price. The rooftop has its own bar that you can help yourself to beers, wine, sangria and and soft drinks. Overall a lovely place to be.
The first impression wasn't great however it's generally a nice hotel. Staff have been friendly and it's clean (although no cleaning Thursday and Sunday). The pools are nice but freezing cold til mid afternoon and there's generally no sun beds left by 8am unless you're lucky. The food let's the place down. While it's cooked well it's the same every day. Chicken on the bone, same salads, chips and rice. Kids have struggled to eat other than at breakfasts which is really good. We had 1 day with chicken nuggets and another with fish fingers and pizza but the variety is lacking and even the adults got bored of the food. Beds are hard but comfortable. Kids club was enjoyed but wasn't open the hours it said it was and the playground is small and the seesaw was dangerous. 10 minute walk to a sandy beach with payable sun beds
We arrived at this hotel after asking Jet2 to move us from our first hotel. Before making our choice, Jet2 actually asked us to visit and view the hotel. The receptionist took us to see one of the rooms, showed us the gym and football pitch, and showed us around the hotel.
After seeing it, this hotel became our first choice, and we moved here after spending three days at our original hotel, SMY Tahona — which I would definitely say AVOID!
From the moment we arrived here, we were so pleased with our decision. The rooms were lovely and clean, with fresh towels and bed linen provided almost every day.
The food was really nice too. My husband is a very picky eater, but even he managed absolutely fine! There was plenty of choice, and I personally really enjoyed the fish. The wrinkly potatoes were amazing — I would love the recipe! 😂
The pools were lovely and clean, and I saw the staff checking them every morning.
As for the sunbeds… yes, there are always some people up at silly o’clock putting towels down! 😂 I’m an early riser anyway, usually around 6am, so I had no problem getting beds and parasols for our group. I’d grab a coffee from the self-service machine, sit by the pool, read my Kindle or have a chat with other guests. Perfect!
I honestly couldn’t fault the staff, from reception to the kitchen team and cleaners. Everyone was friendly, helpful and hardworking.
After the awful experience at our first hotel, this place genuinely rescued our holiday.
A huge thank you to everyone here for helping turn what started as a very disappointing holiday into one we could actually enjoy. ❤️
We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily return!
A lovely hotel and spacious rooms. Very clean and tidy. We booked two rooms and requested them next door to each other and we got given an interconnecting room 😀 the staff are really nice and the atmosphere is great, very family oriented. The food choice is large, something to suite everyone. We have eaten out a few times for a change but that was our choice, the food is good. The pool area is lovely and fun entertainment. The location is good, only a few mins to centre and about 10 mins to beach.
Been home a week after a 2week stay here. The hotel is in a great location, close to the airport, close to the shops & restaurants and close to the beach. I would say it’s an average 3* hotel. Don’t go with really high expectations and you will be fine. Rooms were in need of repair in places but overall the whole hotel was very clean. Most of the staff were very friendly, the front desk were great and helped my parents out with issues in their room quickly and to the best of their ability. The air con in their room was not working, they were offered another room but declined due to the fact that their room was interconnected with ours, they were instead given 2 fans which helped cool the room. The main pools were quite crowded and noisy which was to be expected and the kids loved it,but the rooftop pool was lovely and quiet (adults only) and the views were great. Food was that expected from a 3* all inclusive, everyone ate something and we never went hungry. The drinks were ok, beer & sangria on tap were quite nice. Would we stay again, probably not but our parents and kids would give it a thumb’s up.
