Thanks to the location and easy access to public transportation links, this hotel is ideal for a beach holiday and is also a great starting point from which to explore the island. The island's capital of Puerto de Rosario is about 10 km from the hotel and Fuerteventura international airport is 7 km away. Nearby, is Caleta de Fuste, a charming fishing village with a marina and a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

A lovely hotel, food was nice, always a sun bed free by the pool. The best part was the entertainment. Emma was amazing and made me and friends feel very welcomed and we loved getting involved with her aqua gym. It was so fun! Then she asked if we wanted to play water polo, this was our favourite thing we did on our holiday and played everyday. Emma made our holiday special as she always came to say hello and got us involved.
I highly recommend this hotel, I went with my friends and we had the best time! The facilities are left clean and well taken care of, the food and all inclusive options are great and they have great entertainment throughout the day and night! Our room was very big a spacious, we paid a little extra for a private terrace and it was well worth the money. The location is right next to the beach and near the market for those who want a good bargain;) I have to give a special shout out to one of the entertainment staff called Emma, she was absolutely incredible and so kind to us! She lead a lot of different activities around the hotel, she made it very enjoyable and you can just tell she loves doing her job! Thankyou Emma!
We will start with the positives. Great location for everything. Rooms (deluxe suite) was spacious. Pool area and guest toilets very clean. Plenty of sun loungers as long as your down by 11. Now the negatives. No air-conditioning only a ceiling fan in bedroom. Beer prices if not all Inc are dearest in the resort, double in fact. When you check in your told the maid service is 5 days a week. We only had maid 3 days for our week. Reported lights not working on stairs to suite on first night and never fixed. Reported cockroaches under sink and never came to remove them so had to do this outselves. You can't keep room on for last day and no courtesy rooms to get showered before returning home. 3 plus advertised in Jet2. 4 stars on hotel sign. 2 star max.
No Aircon, managed to get a fan after 2nd attempt... Limited cleaning,evident marks not cleaned and bedding not changed much at all .. Broken apartment lock. Required to pay for security box. Food was ok, bought my own brown sauce. Great pools lots of beds usually available. Drinks were ok but regardless of being all inclusive you pay for some cocktails. Mediocre entertainment, white party appeared to start 20pm and finished at 11,pm. Avoid ground floor where possible.... Our room had no privacy when sitting out there, there are no barriers between you and next door.... Not far from shops, restaurants so good location.
Lovely place very friendly cleaners work so hard and are non stop, room was cleaned 5 times a week always fresh towels, entertainment team work so hard from entertaining little ones to grown ones Luigi and his team matiz fanny Alexander and the beautiful Emma they work so hard behind the scenes to put shows on , there was a female singer on too didn’t catch her name but she was amazing great voice and really knew how to work the crowd , now to the bar staff they were just amazing nothing is a problem to them day and night , food good pool good I had no problem getting a sunbed in September, safe 3 euro a day you create your digital pin , if you like your sports there is a sports bar with 3 big screens , location is ideal walking distance from everything, keep up the good work guys see you soon 2329
