Broncemar Beach

First time holidaying in Fuerteventura, read some reviews before coming as there are always good and bad depending on who is travelling. Arrived on a Tuesday lunchtime only to be told the room would not be ready until 4pm although they would call us if it was earlier (they did at 3pm) The rooms are spacious and cleaning was a really good service fresh room towels etc. We were only looking to originally come on a bed and breakfast basis but decided on the half board option as the price was not a lot more to do this and we thought if we wanted a change we could go out anyway.it’s predominantly an all inclusive hotel. The food has variety of options and if you have children there is something for everyone although its quality however is average at best. The pool areas has now become a free for all, if YOUR happy to spend your holiday getting up before light to reserve a sunbed this is the place for you! If not avoid coming when children are on the school holidays! I understand the all inclusive option and have been on them myself various times but here is beyond belief at how people are it’s like they have never been fed. I really pity the staff they are trying hard but there is no sense of order in the dining area. Internet is constantly dropping out which is frustrating and very weak/slow. Overall for some it might be ok but not for us. Choose your dates carefully if you don’t have children. Disappointed!!.

We went All Inclusive. Lovely family hotel with friendly staff and animation team. Room cleaned 5 times a week. Lots of food variety. Very good measures on the drinks and good quality for local brands. 2 cocktails and a mocktail on AI but only €3 to buy a different one (€6 if not on AI wrist band). One big gripe, at breakfast, there were only 2 very slow, temperamental coffee machines and only 1 gave hot water if it felt like it. No other hot water available at breakfast so if you want a cup of tea it’s very hit and miss. There was a kettle in our room and another coffee and hot water machine is available when the bar opens. I did mention this at reception and the lady did make a phone call straight away to see if something could be done but it didn’t happen during our stay. Apart from that, no real complaints. However, I was glad to have a room away from the pool as the music could be loud.
