This magnificent hotel is beautifully nestled in the district of Antigua, just by Caleta de Fuste beach. The wonderful local harbour as well as shopping options, restaurants and bars can be easily reached on foot. Guests will be able to find convenient public transport links approximately 300 metres from the hotel. The airport is around 7 km away and the capital of the island, Puerto de Rosario, is 12 km from the hotel. This is a perfect location to spend a sunny holiday by the sea.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor tennis court and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and gift shops/newsstands.
Excellent hotel with excellent staff(excluding pool life guards) The food is of high quality but only blame yourself if you eat cold or warm food. The dishes are replaced very regularly so getting hot food is about good timing. Rooms are great and kept spotless by very hard working staff. The pools are lovely and plenty of available sun beds. Some slight negatives. The pool area has only fixed sunshades. There are lots of loungers but be sure to use lots of sun cream because you’ll need it. Now be careful using the quieter pool between block 7 and 6 because the lifeguards don’t watch over it for more than 10 minutes per day. They move the allocated seat every morning and sit together next to the Breeze bar. The quieter pool is favored by many parents because the main pool hosts the activities and can get noisy and full. There is a small toddler pool that’s perfect for little ones, that to be honest wouldn’t need a lifeguard as all parents with very little ones never leave them unattended. Bar staff are excellent and work very hard to keep the que time short. Joining a long que can be regular but it quickly clears.
Excellent time from start to finish. Marco welcomed us with a smile. Room was super and well looked after by Aura ( our house maid) I noticed how clean the hotel was and it didn't matter where we were, excellent job. Food court area was impressive as it was well catered for the disabled guests. Again excellent job. Food was good. However, some items were cold I.e. chips (French fries) but to name a few. There were pepper mills at the pizza stand, however, there were no pepper corn in them. Appeared to be just for display. Not good. Although the majority of the dishes were labelled, it would be nice if the respective dishes where labelled a little clearer, for those whovare Vegetarians or Vegans. The evening entertainment was super. The bar staff did take orders so you didn't have to leave your seat. However, we got missed several times and on several evenings. The below is not a criticism.... It may be a thought that the catering staff know which dish is Vegetarian or Vegan. A Vegetarian is a dish served with NO Meat or Fish product. Excellent value for money. Would recommend this hotel
Location was perfect. Quiet resort. Entertainment excellent standard. Rooms are kept clean by Abedchara. Rooms are a bit tired dress need replacing. Good selection of food however it was always Luke warm or cold.
Room very clean as hotel, cleaners work extremely hard to maintain standards, 10 out of 10. Reception staff very lovely and welcoming. Near to beach, plenty of pools and local to a selection of bars and restaurants. I am still here, now for not so good points. I thought I would try this hotel for a change, however, I found the man who collects money from you for sunbed and parasol, extremely rude. I watched him now for three days, not only did he complain to me for giving him loose change, ironically was what he gave me day before for handing him a note, he complained he would have to go to bank, really, he got his money back?he has been very confrontational with other guests too, I call him the shark of the beach, he’s grumpy! then one evening got told off by another guest for apparently taking their table, although it seemed clear, and also every night I have entered to eat, never remembering my room number due to memory issues, I have been made to feel embarrassed, although I wear a wrist band, then got asked if I reserved a table, this was not pointed out to me at start of holiday, I’m half board. Then I got told I was sitting in a closed area although it was not cordoned off correctly, I just feel there has been a lot of picking, it has left me wanting to go home. I came for a holiday, but bit flattened and I did not pay peanuts to stay here
Everything was perfect. Especially Brasilian restaurant with Best staff - Fatima, Erleni, Mohamed, Sebastian!!! :)
