Great place to relax and explore
Location - it’s not bad not in the most lively area but walking distance to a central touristy part. Taxi rank just down the street roughly 5-10 euro to get to the beach
Atmosphere - staff are super friendly and hardworking. Guests make the atmosphere too and this is mostly a family/young couple hotel. Pool area is small and this makes it a bit quieter and more relaxing.
Rooms - very modern looking quite quirky with the tent theme too! Cleaned daily and fresh towels whenever requested. Only downside was there’s no fridge to keep drinks cool.
Value - excellent value for what we paid we were truly delighted with our stay and the quality of the hotel! Definitely feels more than 3 stars in some areas. Breakfast/Brunch was fantastic great range of food and open from 8-1.30 well worth the money.
Getting There But Not Yet....
Type of Hostal Hotel on a large scale, Bed far to firm for me probably due to me sleeping on a memory foam at home Brunch well take it or leave it, Coffee machine runs out frequently staff to busy to refill it, fruit and cheese selection was ok rest a bit of a hit and a miss, if you are lucky catch it at the right time to get hot food, reception staff very helpful rooms were ok sea view best rooms to get, Aircon great, No hand rail on the bath i almost went head first onto the hand basin, No Fridge cant understand why the hotel cant offer a fridge for rental when a person arrives i would be more than happy to pay for one, The web site pre online check in when you pre check in online just go to the automated kiosk just enter your booking reference and answer some questions on the touchscreen download the Tent App first.. Would we go back as it is just now have to say No some improvements required overpriced for what you get in a giant type hostal.

Please do not be put off by negative comments on here.If you.are looking for 5 star luxury,thrn then thid is not for you but you have not paid a 5 star price.For me the tent was much better than expected.pepe on reception could not do enough for you.He helped check us in on machine so this was easy[I recommed you check in online on app before you arrive as this sped up check in and made it quick].We were on the 9th floor with a lovely sea view which I recommend getting.The laundrette was a bonus 4 euro for wash and 3 for dry.Iron rental 10 euro. The rooms are basic but spotless clean.Rooms have a hairdryer.There is no kettle or fridge but the best thing we did was rent a kettle and fridge from push and go.com.What a great service.Had items waiting in room.for us as we were on late flight and we had them all day on our last day as we informed them of late check out.It was 55 euro for both items for a week.Brunch was great as on till 1.30.Food was bit hit or miss but lots of choice.Great hash browns .They should be on daily!You will always find something as large variety.We also availed of late check out till 6 which 40 euro well worth it.Hotel close to airport 25 euro for taxi 15 mknute drive.lots of vending machines cosy areas and place to have food delivered.Hotel in central location close to train station shops and restraunts.We got train to Malaga city 8 euro for 2 great value.lovely boat trip 30 for 2.Train also goes to.airport. I recommed if going to the beautiful beach area you use the lift. Less thann10 min walk.There is steep steps down but lovely stroll.Comeing back another story too steep.The lift is 50 cent pp.The walk along the prom into Benalmadenms is stunning. All in all this is a great hotel as we got it on there site on sale at good price lasy year on day hotel realeased summer prices.Also noise on hall to.a minimum the odd bit of noise nothing major.I highley recomnend the tent ,you will not disapointed.
4 nights enough
Tent Torremolinos is a hostel style hotel with good sized rooms, good facilities and well located.
Room Comfortable ish beds, good sized bathroom. I hadn’t seen a shower curtain since the 90s so showering over a damaged bath wasn’t pleasant. Basic toiletries are provided. For a triple room, only one glass was provided. Safety deposit box is charged per day. TV has good choice of streaming services.
We had constant issues with the digital key and actual key which never worked. Many trips to the reception desk were needed during our stay. Also, why one card for three people.
Pool The pool area could be so much better. Firstly, there is not enough shaded spots. The view of the high rise apartments opposite the hotel doesn’t scream holiday. If the hotel created a living wall/fence to block that view off it would make the space so much better. Even potted trees/flowers would improve that space.
Noise The hotel is so noisy. The walls are so thin, you can hear people having conversations. There’s street noise, noise from pool, furniture being moved, people walking or corridor, just so noisy!
Amenities Unlimited brunch is excellent. Lots of food to choose from and lovely space to eat. The staff are constantly clearing and cleaning and replenishing food items.
The launderette is a nice touch and takes 55 mins to wash and dry clothes - we used it once and sorted everything g around breakfast timings so it didn’t impact our day stall. The only negative is that a lot of Tent bedding is washed in the machines too which means less for others to use or a wait.
We stayed for 4 nights so the hotel suited us but any longer wouldn’t work. The location to town, beach, public transport is excellent.

Excellent value for money – the best 3-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
We were really impressed with this hotel and felt it offered excellent value for money. Our room was exceptionally clean and looked almost brand new. We particularly loved the large balcony, which was a great bonus.
The bathroom was also spacious and modern, with a large walk-in shower.
The location was excellent – close enough to the centre to walk easily, and not far from the beach, making it a great base for exploring the area.
All the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The 24-hour gym and on-site laundrette were also fantastic extras and very convenient.
The only downside was that the pool area is quite small and there are limited sun loungers. However, we managed to get a lounger on most days. Also, the pool doesn’t get any sun until around midday, so this is worth bearing in mind if relaxing by the pool is important to you.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. A brilliant 3-star hotel and excellent value for money – highly recommended!
