Great location, brilliant entertainment team!
We have just come back after 10 days here and had a fantastic time.
LOCATION.... The location is perfect ... one way out of the hotel is torrelmolinos and the other direction is Benemedina marina which is so lovely. There are so many restaurants and shops all around and straight out of the hotel onto the beach and watersports!
POOL....The pool area is big and there is NO PROBLEM WITH SUNBEDS AT ALL! You can get a sunbed on the grass area with an umbrella if you go early or wait for the pool to open at 10am and get one around the pool, there was only ever a handful queuing and the queue didn't form until about ten to ten... no stress! We often did the beach then came back to the pool in the afternoon and could always find a couple of loungers somewhere! The only downside is the strictness of the lifeguard we felt it was over the top at times.
FOOD....The breakfast was fantastic and lots of choice, you can sit outside overlooking the pool which was very important to us. Unfortunately we were disappointed with dinner as you have to sit inside and there wasnt much choice, we ended up eating out 5 times as it wasn't what we were hoping for but saying that we loved eating out - especially at the marina so we saw it as a positive in the end! I would rebook on breakfast only if we came back.
ENTERTAINMENT.... They are amazing! The entertainment team and location are the things thst make this hotel great! Gonzalo had us in stitches everyday! I have not laughed like that in so long ... he made our holiday! Pablo was fantastic with the teens.. he was brilliant with them... he made my son's holiday for sure.
There is no longer a football court which we were surprised about but they did do one organised game while we were there on the tennis court.
Overall a great place for families who want a central location and the option to stay at the hotel or go out!

Nice, pleasant 8 night stay
All in all, a pleasant hotel and staff are friendly and polite. The location is excellent, just a couple of hundred metres from the harbour/marina and the beach is literally just across a small pavement. Sunbeds on the beach are €7 for the whole day I opted for the room only package so can't comment on the quality of the food. The area where they hold the afternoon and evening entertainment is quite small (both for the entertainers and audience, with a limited number of tables to sit and watch. The standard one bedroom apartment we stayed in was ok, quite dated but had been painted and was clean. The shower was good! When we first checked in, there was a ceiling leak coming from the air con, but was repaired within 30 minutes and we had no other issues with the room. The pool opens from 10am and is very clean and maintained My kids (19, 16 and 14 yrs) loved the sunbathing in the gardens and everything else about the hotel. Loads of restaurants nearby and in the marina area I would definitely stop here again!
Lovely spot
Lovely LIVELY pool area, constant entertainment for all ages .. not the place if looking for a relaxing holiday. Apartments tired looking but clean. Great location 5 minute walk into the beautiful marina area with lots of lovely restaurants, shops and bars.

Family of 7……Great Stay
We enjoyed 5nights our Sol Puerto Marina. We were placed next door to each other, which we greatly appreciated. Both rooms were superior one bedroom, high floot with pool view. The rooms were very clean, tidy & had decent air con also.
The hotel runs various activities during the day/evening which we loved. The kids loved the pool& the adults enjoyed aqua aerobics, which was great fun. The pool is very lively which we loved! Lots of high energy from the amnimation team who worked tirelessly during each event. We managed to see a few evening shows, which were also brilliant, very talented performers!
All in all, we had a very nice stay, friendly staff, great amenities on site, fab location, near the marina, beach & big wheel. Would recommend & return again in future.
