Wonderful hotel , so clean ,staff are so helpful and very welcoming,second stay for us here ,will be back again .

Got back from this hotel yesterday. Me and my partner stayed for 7 nights, an had been so excited to try "Tomorrelinos" for the first time. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff are super friendly and nice. We went half board, so glad we didn't go all inclusive, as it was mainly fish every night raw salmon, sushi, or pork and chicken, which was very disappointing. We ended up paying for taxis travelling over to Benalmadena to try and find british food, as we had the impression they cater for the Spanish. The entertainment was absolutely shocking, they done a mini kids disco most nights which was mostly Spanish speaking... then they would put on a adult show which would only be on for 40minutes then everyone would be leaving. The musician was laughable. We probably spent more money for taxis looking for something to eat more than anything. They did do the odd pizza and chips each night, but the food was quite repeated, the pork still had blood comming out of it. We also met people at the hotel who couldn't stand the food or entertainment. We went for breakfast every morning at the "Tudor Rose" if you go out the gate at the back of the hotel it's along the strip by there, and it was lovely! Id recommend going there. We couldn't stand the breakfast at the hotel, everything was cold and we didn't even come across beans or sausages. I joined the Facebook group for the hotel, and im amazed on how many people quite like it... im not a picky person at all, but I've stayed in 3* hotels better than this, considering we paid a lot of money me and my partner were so disappointed. The evenings are so quiet, we wouldn't of minded if they had played some sort of music or done karaoke, the hotel itself is very big, they could do a lot more!! The main pool is so over crowded, we ended up using the back pool as it was a lot more quieter, you could only get a sunbed there at 10am and you'd be lucky to find one!! No kids or adults can have inflatables in the pool, only small rings as they have to measure them. Which I found so petty. Very disappointing. Booked with Tui, so was expecting a lot more. Definitely won't be going back to Tomorrelinos. Benalmadena is way better, especially if your British!! 🇬🇧

Having stayed at Sol Príncipe every year since 2013, it’s incredibly disappointing to say that the hotel has clearly lost its charm. What once felt welcoming and well-managed now feels neglected. Staff no longer seem to care, nor do they acknowledge returning guests, which is disheartening after so many years of loyalty. During our most recent stay 2026, our room was booked in the wrong category. We have always reserved a family suite due to our son’s needs, as he is dyslexic and autistic. Despite explaining this and even offering to pay the difference on the spot, no effort was made to accommodate us. We were simply told to contact our travel agent because the hotel was fully booked, hardly the level of service we expected. The room we were given was located above the glass disposal area, where noise from bottles being thrown out and collected was constant and extremely disruptive. The overall standards have also declined. The food quality has worsened noticeably, and there is no longer any engaging entertainment for children. Basic maintenance is being overlooked too, there was no tap in the front pool toilets, and at one point our bedroom door was left open. When we raised this with customer relations, it was brushed off rather than taken seriously, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, we requested a late check-out as our flight was not until the evening. This could not be accommodated, and we were instead offered a courtesy room for just 30 minutes to shower. When we asked to book this for 15:30, we were told it was not available, offering no flexibility or alternative solution. After more than a decade of returning, it’s disappointing to say that Sol Príncipe has lost a loyal customer.
