Our Experience
We stayed at this hotel as a family, but unfortunately, we would not return. There were simply too many rules and restrictions, and overall we did not enjoy the experience. We also found the staff and general atmosphere to be less friendly and welcoming than expected.

Overall
We came as a family hoping to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately the number of rules, queues and restrictions made the experience quite stressful rather than enjoyable.
This hotel may suit some people, but based on our experience, we would not return. We also found the staff and overall atmosphere lacking in friendliness, which added to our disappointment.
one word Rubbish
it is most certainly not a 4 star.
i have stayed in many cheap places and expected more for what i paid for
if you like rAw chicken / raw burgers , small rooms , faulty rooms (child sliced his foot on metal trim) , rude bar staff (and i mean extremely rude and grumpy! maybe they don’t like polite english people? :) ), unable to get a sunbed and to be honest crap activities other than a pool… then this is your place!
the cleaners were good & one of the staff in the snack bar was friendly.
Cup token lose our cup can't get drink even if you are all inclusive No cup no drink doing tic toc videos to show the world you pay a lot of money for holiday all inclusive can't get a drink
I’ll start by saying this holiday was not cheap. From the second we arrived, it was a nightmare. It was like the hotel had crammed double the number of people it had capacity to host. There were no free sun loungers, it was a nightmare to get anywhere to sit around the pool. It was difficult to walk around the pool as there was literally no free space. People were fighting over umbrellas. We had a newborn baby and no shade. The buffet was also a nightmare, people everywhere, no space to mobilise, no tables free. Food was often served raw. Our room looked nothing like the photos advertised, when we brought this up we were told we weren’t in the refurbished block… how this isn’t false advertising I do not know. It was dirty and our sheets were never changed. We are a family of 6 and our room was the size of a shoebox. There was no space to move around the beds with the pram and suitcases. Mid stay we had a bulging ceiling with dirty water leaking from it. It was a fight to change rooms despite the obvious danger with water / electrics. The lifts up to our room only had capacity for 2 people and there were hundreds of people trying to use them - we had a pram. No seating at the evening entertainment, again everything was a fight, not that we missed much however as what we did see looked dreadful. I was counting down the days until we could go home and contacted our provider and asked to be flown home early / provided another hotel - spoiler alert they were useless. Do not book this hotel.
Stayed at this hotel with my partner and toddler, on arrival the hotel looked really nice from the outside , only down side was transfer coach couldn’t get into the grounds so was dropped off over the road and was told it’s only a 2 min walk , it was actually abit longer and felt like a long walk carrying 3 full suitcases , pram and hand luggage . Check in was ok but was stood in a very long queue for quite a while . Room was a standard sol room , very small and too be honest not very clean really . Smears all down the mirrors and sand stuck to our feet when walking around . Food was lovely but was like feeding time at the zoo, people with no manners touching all food and getting back to your table seemed like an obstacle course dodging people rushing about everywhere . Pool area was nice but they go round with tape measures measuring swim rings and strictly no balls or lilos for children to play with . And if your not up at crack of dawn you have no change what so ever of getting a sun longer, there is a policy here but no one seems to follow it properly !! Holiday as been nice because we made it nice for ourselves but would not go back to this hotel be honest .
