3 couples stayed half board for 2 weeks. Hotel very central. Very close to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants & shops just outside the back gate of the hotel which you access using your room key. Rooms are in need of updating. Not enough plug sockets, no plug sockets either side of the bed to charge phone overnight. Very strange set up in the bathroom, old fashioned shower over bathtub, toilet hidden in corner next to a bidet and a sink. There are 2 pools. Downstairs pool is quite shaded and only a handful of sunbeds. Rooftop pool has beautiful views but also needs updating. The steps at pool are not secured. 10 days into our holiday suddenly a sunbed rule was being enforced. You cannot leave towels on sunbed to go to breakfast or they will be removed. On our last day we had been sitting at the pool and needed to check out by midday so went to our rooms to collect cases and queued at reception as people were checking in, then returned to our sunbed to find our towels and bags were being taken. We explained we were in reception just checking out but the staff member was quite stern stating we cannot leave towels on beds. We witnessed other couples who were there on their own were taking it in turn to go to breakfast alone so they didn’t lose their sunbed. This whole situation caused chaos and arguments between guests. There is only 1 toilet for men & women to share at the rooftop pool and there was no hand soap for the last 3 days of our holiday. We informed bar staff on the roof and reception. Very unhygienic. The buffet restaurant was too hot & stuffy. Air con only seemed to be hitting a few tables. As UK guests the breakfast wasn’t really for us. The bacon seemed undercooked and fatty. Only frankfurter sausages. Lots of cheeses and cold meats & cereal. I ended up just having a banana most mornings. Evening buffet wasn’t too great either. Foods seem to be lacking labels so you don’t know what is in them. Both bars ran out of vodka towards end of our holiday and on the last day no cold beer available. We will not be staying here again. A real shame as this was our 2nd stay and the first time we had a completely different experience.
I arrived at the hotel on 18 August, and overall I have had a pleasant stay. The hotel is nice, the location is great, and everything has been fine apart from one very disappointing incident. After the room was cleaned, I noticed that my headphones had disappeared from my room. I had left them next to my bed, and I never expected that something like this could happen in a four-star hotel. I immediately spoke to the manager, but unfortunately, the only solution offered to me was a key to the safe for two days. I was very upset and disappointed because I have travelled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before. For me, this is not about the value of the headphones, but about trust and feeling safe in my room. I believe guests should be able to leave their personal belongings in their room without worrying that something might disappear. I would therefore strongly recommend that future guests keep everything in the safe — even personal items such as expensive perfumes or headphones. Apart from this incident, I have enjoyed the hotel. However, unfortunately, this experience has affected my overall impression and left me very disappointed.
Location good. Rooms are nothing like they look In the pictures there is a fishy smell on the balcony no room to get your bits and bobs out sun creams etc only 3 plugs in the room and none near the beds. Balcony is tiny tiny and the room has loads of room but the space is of no use would be better with bigger balcony and smaller room. Room decor needs freshened up. No comments on food yet as we just arrived today and sooooo disappointed would not recommend
Aluasun Roga Logo is a lovely hotel, close to the beach and shops. Food really good. Friendly staff, hotel spotless clean.
Cozy adult hotel close to beach and town, one of the best locations in the Carihuela area. Close to the seafront where there are many shops, bars and restaurants.
