My husband and l both enjoy our holiday There is few things like our door we could get open few times that happened and some of food was cold baked beans bacon could do with microwave and there not enough toilets are spread out lon̈g way there only three toilets with six hundred people on two hotels.
Great place food ok some off best around and it is very clean , the cleaner and bed maids work very hard , pool are clean water fresh and garden are well maintained , it was my 3 rd year going keep up the great work
Complex is fairly large an with having minor problems walking had problems getting to an from the room to restaurant The staff were very helpful just feel the hotel is lacking something not sure what but just needs bringing up a bit is like we are gold card holders but never had a sofa in the room and felt very basic the tea was never topped up all the time we were there is just the small things. The food was very samey and the location means a bit of a walk to get anywhere thank God for taxi which were pretty reasonable and loved watching them all going out very early to grab the sun lounges come on get a life thought riu s policy was to remove these if been there for a while
Just had 11 nights at this lovely hotel .It was our 6th visit and is as good and enjoyable as our first time .We had a slight issue over the room we were given but it was soon resolved .All the staff are so friendly and a lot of them we recognised from previous visits . The only negative to mention is the menu in the Italian Restaurant.There are only 4 choices which have never been changed in the 6years that we have been visiting but the Spanish restaurant and buffet food are very good with so much choice . Overall would highly recommend .
This is my first hotel based summer holiday in ten years as we normally go on a cruise. As it was a special family occasion we went with the rest of the family as it was their choice. Firstly the hotel is clean and modern and the staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. We had a family room which was split into 2 separate rooms which was excellent if you want some privacy from the kids. The bathroom is also good too with a huge walk in shower. The water temperature can be a bit up and down but it wasn't a major hassle. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the food. It's pretty bland and very repetitive in its choice. The quality of the food is pretty basic too tbh. It's wasn't bad but if I was on a night out and paid for the meal I'd be very disappointed. It's typical all inclusive as much as you want but it's not particularly appealing. The Italian restaurant was of a better standard and we enjoyed the meal in there. The evening entertainment is a bit of a weird one. It's not exactly of a high standard but it was actually quite good and we enjoyed it. Don't get me wrong some of the dancers were on occasion completely out of time and they mime and don't sing but if you look past that the shows are good. Overall a nice hotel, great staff. Quirky entertainment but food needs to improved.
