Sitting directly on the promenade in Torremolinos, this charming hotel lies just across the coastal road from the beach. Amazing daytime and night time entertainment. Those guys are doing brilliant. Pool bar staff is great and rooms are good.
Based in the quiet end of Torremolinos, the large complex has four buildings set around a decent-sized pool. Sadly, the sunbed count is far lower than what is needed, as the hotel is constantly busy. There is not enough seating in the bar and lounge area, and the queues for the bar are 10 to 15 people long most times of the day. The food is very poor, perhaps average at best, and the staff are not the friendliest. The rooms are very good, a great size with large balconies and fully equipped bathrooms; there are no complaints there. The general atmosphere is okay, and it is just a short walk from bars and restaurants.
We are here at the moment with family, our second time here, lovely atmosphere, food very good, entertainment outstanding, especially Argi, he makes that entertainment, will definitely come back
Hotel okay. They make beds but don’t change them. Food could be better variety. Fish every lunchtime and evening time. A nice choice of gammon or beef would be nice in evening time. Staying here at present will do a review at end of holiday
Myself and my wife stayed at this hotel fir 9 nights . We arrived at 10 .30 pm we had been travelling since dinner, we checked in a reception the young girl behind the desk started checking us in we asked could we get some food and water. She just said no the restaurant was closed and the is a vender machine over there for your water.at that point I informed her we had been travelling all day she shuged her shoulders and turned away .at that point a French lady was stood at reception and informed me that if we hurry we could get some pizza at the pool bar which we did and got a drink no thank to reception.
1 the room was ok
2 the food was ok you could always make a meal up each night just about.
We had tea and coffee in the room we asked the maid for milk because the was none she told me ask at reception so we asked at reception that told me that thay have got no milk so I had to walk and find a shop that was open at 1 am in the morning.
Just to let you all know when I was just outside the hotel walking along the seafront o got my wedding ring stolen by a pick pocket off my finger I told reception about this and thay was not bothered I had to go to jet2holidays rep who was fantastic and gave me all this information I needed so near the hote keep your eyes on you stuff people.
