Sitting directly on the promenade in Torremolinos, this charming hotel lies just across the coastal road from the beach. Guests will find themselves just 2.5 km away from the heart of Torremolinos, while Malaga lies just a 20 minutes' train journey away. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Lovely holidays and really nice animation team
We're just back from spending 1 week at this hotel. All the staff were amazing, very pleasant and helpful. The daytime activities were a good laugh and fun, 5 out of 5 for the entertainment from them, especially the girl (I think her name was Sara) she was brilliant. However, the evening entertainment was rubbish. Although we had a good time we wouldn't stay here again! I would advise people not to go all-inclusive like us because we ate out a lot. Breakfast was fine, average. Lunch and dinner would probably suit people who like fish. Very poor choice on 'normal food' ie chicken and the children's choice for lunch and dinner was the same crap every day. If you want a bed by the pool, you need to be up early. Then there's the alcohol!!! So all-inclusive is 'local alcohol' but if you pay 16 euros per person per day you get Gold treatment which means you don't stand in a que at the bars, you get branded alcohol and additional food to choose at the al-a carte. Overall, I would rate it a 3 star because of the poor food choice and evening entertainment.
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Puente Real. The atmosphere was brilliant, the food was very good, and the hotel and location were lovely. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Santi from the entertainment team, who was amazing with my kids and really looked after them. He was so kind, patient and caring, and my children absolutely loved him. He made them feel comfortable and included, and it was lovely to see how much effort he put into making sure they had a great time.
Having been previously this visit was a bit of a disappointment
Didn’t help the entire family had D&V - looking at other reviews and on Facebook this was common in the hotel
Main pool never looked clean
Ques for sunbeds embarrassing- people waiting literally hours was weird

Great location opposite the beach The hotel was OK clean and tidy not 4 star more nearly 3 The apartment rooms were clean and the maids cleaned and tidied every day and brought coffee sachets as only tea available in room. The view to the front and partial sea view was OK the view to the right was a area full of another hotels junk and waste awful view The pool areas are small and squashed in sunbeds , which we chose not to use as so crowed Entertainment was just OK The Flamenco night excellent, some of the Entertainment just wasn't professional with staff walking across the stage when performers were singing? The food in the restaurant was adequate alot of repetitive food but a choice and lovely salads and deserts. All inclusive drinks were watery and very limited , one waiter argumentative with me about putting tonic in Gin when I wanted Aqua con gas .... We found the hotel over crowded in areas , and seating limited with some areas unused for "gold" all inclusive guests . I would return to Torremolinos but not this hotel.
