We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, staff are so friendly and helpful and reception was so informative. Room was large with a large comfortable bed, plenty of fluffy bath towels and toiletries, good sized balcony with sea views and pool views, great aircon system, although pool is not huge it was fine for us and 3 hot tubs were a great addition. Pool bar lady is so nice and good fun, complimentary fruit kebabs by the pool daily were wonderful on a hot day. Breakfast is nice with a selection for everybody and great coffee machine. Less than 5min walk to carahuela beachfront. Very well located,thank you to all the staff,we will return again without hesitation.
We have just returned from an 8 night stay in Room 506 It’s a fantastic hotel with friendly staff , excellent cleanliness , super pool and pool bar area and we would highly recommend and definitely will return
Great location very near the beach,smaller comfortable hotel,a little dated in some ways but everything that matters was done very well.Comfortable room,small pool and 3 jacuzzi,gym,sauna,convenient location for beach,restaurants,shops and a short bus trip to Torremolinos centre,10 mins. I am primarily reviewing for the staff,absolutely lovely people from check in to check out.Special mentions to the breakfast staff and the wonderful ladies in the pool snack bar area who were so friendly and efficient.
Great hotel, Reuben and his colleagues on reception very friendly and extremely helpful, as was Milena and the team at the pool bar. The pool area was always clean and plenty of sunbeds, discovered the sun terrace on 4th floor which had a dozen sunbeds and we always had it all to ourselves, great for a snooze in the sun!! The room cleaning was not of a great standard and the breakfast disappointing- although a great selection the “hot” food was lukewarm. Hotel was in a handy area for getting around - bus stop outside front door and easy 5/10 min walk to shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Despite the slight niggles had a lovely holiday and would definitely return.
