Full bath, telephone, satellite T.V., radio, music, air conditioning, ceiling fan, central heating, terrace and safety box (with charge). Some rooms are adapted for handicapped people. Buffet service at the restaurant with every meal and show cooking. Pool bar in spacious tropical grass gardens with Jacuzzi, sun beds, umbrellas and playing areas for children. Professional shows, live music, entertainment, dance, amusement for adults and children every day. Children play ground, billiard and ping – pong, internet room, free Wifi, boutique, private parking, facilities for handicapped people. At the area of Playamar and 100m. from the beach, beside to the promenade. 1,000m. from the center of the city, 200m from shopping area, bus stop 100m, 6km. from the airport. Nearby important entertainments areas like Puerto Marina, Sea Life Acuarium, Selwo Marina, Casino, Aquapark, Cocodrile Park, Botanic Park, Amusement Park Tivoli World, Plaza Mayor, Golf courses as torrequebrada and , Escuela de Golf of Torremolinos Miguel Ángel Jiménez, National Parador, etc.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Nice hotel loud music spoils it cannot talk over it, staff very good good quality drinks and food, the music would stop me returning
Staff were 5 stars (especially the host Guillermo). Location was a 4, right next to the beach but only souvenir shops. The atmosphere was simply ruined by the Ai generated music if I’m honest but the staff make up for it so I would give the atmosphere 3 stars. The rooms were 4 stars. Definitely as shown on the internet and very good cleaning service, although the TV didn’t work and was hanging off the wall. The pool was dirty on the outside but was cleaned every day around the edge and in the pool, the real grass is great but next to the pool the mud can get wet and make the place look dirtier than it really is. The food was average, probably 3 stars, the show cooking was amazing though and that alone I would give 4 stars !! All in all it’s worth it if you are staying in Costa del sol, Malaga.
Rooms very nice comfortable beds and excellent views, asked for extra pillow's and these were provided, room cleaned every day couldn't fault Rooms at all, reception team friendly and helpful, great location but not ideal having to pick up transfer to and from airport at the roundabout, gate at back lead to sea front with lots of restaurant's, very small AI, restaurant had good theam nights, had Asian, seafood ect, very small salad selection and not a lot for vegetarian, the cheese was near the cold meats and the tongs provided were used for both, soups were also a bit misleading chicken noodle was seafood soup and lentil soup had blood pudding in it, a couple of the waiting staff didn't seem to want to be there , slamming glasses and cutlery onto the tables, often ran out of glasses and it was a hunt to find anything, bar area very small, cocktails extremely sweet and sickly, the serve your self style for beers, wine, sangria and soft drinks were very waste full, the beer was just froth, cup system works, pool very small and they did water sports which ment the pool was restricted until it had finished, seating area on grass not ideal as in 30+ heat you need shade, entertainment hit and miss in house but didn't seem to be managed well, bingo in very small bar area, a couple of things in day time but if you're English the main guy didn't get you involved he generated to his own crowd the French, girls on entertainment team did as best as they could with limited resources, entertainment needs to be looked at as nothing to keep you in the hotel for the evening, would I come to this hotel again no but back to the surrounding area's most definitely, ubers are your best bet as buses are unreliable.
Me and my girlfriend went for our first holiday and booked all inclusive for 7 days. If I could give a rating on the staff alone, it would be 5 stars at least, in particular the lunch and dinner host Guillermo who always made my day with a warm smile. The location was absolutely amazing too, right next to the beach and close to the Jet2 coach drop off which I can imagine would be helpful for older people. The rooms were very regular, the tv didn’t work, the shower was nice and the cleaning service was great other than one time when they took our key card from the switch. The ai generated music definitely brings down my rating and the atmosphere, it’s not classy and its just tacky. I think the pool could do with a clean around the edge because it’s very muddy and if they’re not going to use the water fountain then I suggest they remove it as it is quite an eyesore but other than that it’s a good pool and perfect for cooling down in the peak heat hours. The food wasn’t brilliant but the show cooking was brilliant and the chef was always nice. As a former vegetarian I didn’t see enough veggie options for those who need it, for example the rice didn’t need to have shrimp in it and could easily have been a veggie dish. Overall, the price I payed for the holiday (1.2k) I would say I would probably come again now that I know what I’m in for but I don’t think it’s advertised the same as the actual experience.
Francisco is the best bartender and waiter! He is always friendly, helpful, and professional. He provides excellent service and always has a smile on his face. He definitely deserves recognition — highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
