This is a beautiful place, everything u need right next door. Staff are great especially Carlos, one of the nicest people I've met in a very very long time, id advise anyone to visit here just to meet this guy!

My friends and I visited the hotel for a girls trip, 2 birthday celebrations, one 50th & one 60th. We booked the hotel as it was recommended to us, great for a girls trip, as the entertainment was said to be brilliant, this hotel was a melia hotel when we booked and then by the time our holiday came along it had been taken over by Grupotels so I was abit apprehensive hoping all would still be the same. Well Grupotels you did not disappoint every single person in our group thought the hotel was amazing 😍. We booked the hotel with Breakfast included, there was everything you could possibly imagine to eat 👍 We made use of the pool bar restaurant the food was very nice 👍 The location of the hotel is perfect, beachfront & 5 /10 mins walk to the marina 👍 The walk down the beach front down to torremolinos is beautiful, lots of lovely bars & beachfront restaurants👍 I stayed in a triple room which was lovely balcony & side sea view Some of the ladies stayed on the ground floor they had a small terrace ( they said they would of preferred to stay in a room like ours as didn’t feel it was a proper balcony and abit dark in the room) All the staff were very nice 👍 Our biggest plus of the hotel though was the entertainment, it was amazing 🤩 The entertainment team wer second to none, brilliant team Ana, Armiche, Carolina, Ruben, Hugo, Carlos, Alba, Pool, shows, 👏👏👏 ( no splashy splashy😂) keep up the great work guys 🙌 Activities in the morning them 4pm till 6pm Dj on Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 4pm till 6pm singers came on around the pool bar area, along with Dj, fantastic singers we loved the group called Soul Note, the sketch from grease the movie, guitarist, violinist, there really was something for all ages😍 Then later in the evening, every evening more singers from 9.45 for a couple of hours 👍
My only moan about the hotel was the gate at the beach front were you gain access in & out of the hotel closes at 12 midnight, so then you have to walk down around the back of the hotel to get in Also the ladies in the ground floor rooms didn’t like the terrace & room was another dark
On the whole we all thought the hotel was truly amazing, please don’t change any of the good points I have mentioned We will definitely return to this hotel, we can’t praise it enough

Amazing Hotel.Close proximity to everything. Salome in the Pool Bar was excellent. Remembers every ones drinks and always has a smile.Food is always good and plenty of variety and we have been coming here 10 years now.
Overall this is an excellent hotel apart from the buffet which I’ll come to later. We went as Premier suite guests. The good bits: lovely room on the 8th floor with excellent views over the marina. (Request these if you can as the other side gets little sun). We were on our anniversary and was greeted with a bottle of bubbly and chocolate which was a nice touch (call them beforehand if you have a special occasion). The suites have an extra room and two tv’s. So couldn’t fault the room. The rooftop pool is excellent which is for premium guests only. The beachfront sun beds are great and also these are free for premium guests. The premier lounge is nice for free drinks and nibbles but it’s rather small and could do with more outdoor seats. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Entertainment is good with music in the afternoon from 4pm and evening at 9.45. There is a happy hour at 5. Breakfast is excellent and can be taken at the PlayBar where you can choose from the à la carte menu too. The Not so good bits: We booked half board which you could choose to have lunch or evening dinner. However the selection of food is very repetitive and not what I would class as four star. The selection for lunch is a lot less than the evening buffet. There’s no drinks with your meal which are extra and £2.50 for a bottle of water! We noticed a lot of people looking at the buffet then choosing the salad bar. If we went here again we would just go B&B. Four star without the buffet 3 star with the buffet. Btw our shower unit was changed on the 6th day and we were asked to change rooms although it worked fine!
