Hotel was 10 mins Málaga airport,it was a good location near beach and restaurants,staff friendly and helpful,hotel was lovely,good entertainment
Fantastic location, right on the sea front and a lovely 20 min walk in to the main town centre and Old Town.
10 min walk to La Colina train station if wanting to visit Malaga or Fuengirola.
Main station located in Torremolinos Town centre.
Hotel lovely, very modern and clean.
Breakfast very good, lots of variety.
Only 2 things let it down for us.
As a 4 star hotel proper cups , saucers and spoons need to be provided in the room, not paper cups!
Also both treadmills and other stations of weight training equipment in gym were out of order. Altho gym is small, it can be improved if all the equipment works.
We would love to come back and it will be good if these 2 things can be resolved soon.
Staff, hotel, everything you would expect 4 star all inclusive Staff exceptional friendly and hard working, but lunch and especially evening meals, the worst I've had in regards to selection! Which was a shame, spoil holiday, so we and the couple we met wouldn't go back, for what we paid very disappointed
Booked this last minute but wished I'd thought more about where to stay. On arrival, the hotel smelled beautiful, this was from the spa. Was hoping things would get better, unfortunately not! Had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready, so sat down by the pool. Every public area was very white and very clinical looking with no atmosphere. Was almost like a cafeteria. We were half board which I wish I hadn't upgraded to, the food was very repetitive, little selection and very bland. We only had dinner twice in the hotel as a result. The main bar in the hotel was never staffed and the pool bar was the only one open. Although the hotel was spotless clean, I won't return
First and foremost it is not a four star hotel. On arrival it looks great, impressive entrance and glass doors to welcome you. The room was very clean and had UK TV which was great if like us, you rug up fairly early.
The restaurant had the feeling of a canteen, the first time we used it was asked very sternly "Room NUMBER" no good evening etc. The food was bland and basic, none of it was marked with what it was, you had to guess. I am lactose intolerant, as most of the offerings looked like they were cooked with milk there was very little for me to tuck into. To be fair they did have lactose free milk for tea and coffee.
The area outside where the entertainment was held had very little atmosphere and was flat. Perhaps it was because early October it is starting to wind down I don't know. To get a plastic cup at the entertainment area you had to pay a 2 Euro deposit, if not your drinks were served in a paper cup. It did not take a lot of people to go to the bar before a queue started to form and could take a while to get a drink.
Overall if we had booked bed & breakfast only, it would have been okay as it is in a great location although a bit of a walk to the shops etc. Would I go again, certainly not. Be interested if other people agree with my comments.
