Enjoying a peaceful location in the popular area of Torremolinos, overlooking the sea and minutes from the beach, the Leonardo Hotel Torremolinos Costa del Sol is the perfect place for your holiday. Recently refurbished to a comfortable and modern standard, the hotel offers a good range of on-site facilities.
Should you tire from soaking up the sun and the view, there is plenty to do close by with a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic.Staff very helpful,a few don't have great English,but you are in Spain,make an effort to speak the language.Hotel exceptionally clean,pool area spotless,it's extremely central to anything you would want,you are talking 50 metres to nearest shop,and inside 5-6 mins,you have plenty of restaurants,bars,shops,cafes.The Calle de Miguel is about 3 mins walk,it's same to a lift that takes you to the beach,so long as you are prepared to walk downhill a whole 2-3 mins after that,down a narrow winding street,full of shops,bars,restaurants.Bedroooms really comfortable,nice sized balcony.You can get a late check out if it's available.I would say it's a great choice,but probably not suitable for younger children,it can get loud in the pool area with music and activities for a few hours a day
If you were worried about staying here after reading the reviews I wouldn’t worry, we stayed here for 4 nights and it’s not perfect but absolutely not like the reviews below, unless your perhaps high maintenance, great location, clean, breakfast is a bit crazy but still a good selection, enjoyed are time here
Not the best choice unfortunately. We.upgraded but no idea what you get for the upgrade. Staff arent pleasant at all apart from the house keepers. Food is basic at best. Its almost 11am and feel like k Caged animals being unable to get near the pool. Its completely fenced off and chained . Total carnage.. Needless to say we won't be back
No real change since the take over by Leonardo group, however I believe a full revamp is planned over the coming months. The staff here are top class, very helpful, very friendly. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Lifts can be an issue at busy times but nothing gets annoyed about. Unfortunately the food is a bit of a let down, while a wide variety it can be a little on the cold side, that said there is a microwave in the restaurant, so management must be aware of it! Pool area again spotless with ample sunbeds, prices are very reasonable considering it's a hotel, and finally fantastic location.
We had a very comfortable stay, sun loungers available from 9am , pool 10am, food is good, a good variety with free beer and soft drinks, rooms ok with safe and air conditioning, furniture a bit dated, but big deal, train to Fuengirola or the airport or Malaga a few minutes away, lift to and from the beach very close. I would book again
