The hotel’s rooms are bright and practical, each with air conditioning, satellite TV, a private bathroom, and a furnished balcony or terrace – a great spot to enjoy the fresh coastal air.
Our room was really lovely. Very clean and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and the sheets and towels were changed regularly. We sunbathed in the grassed areas as it was more peaceful and spacious than the pool area. The restaurant was quite nice and the food was generally good. The only problem was sometimes there wasn’t enough staff to replenish the buffet and reset the tables. Queues for coffee at breakfast were long and slow. We were half board and it was lovely to find that drinks were included with our evening meal. All the staff we encountered were pleasant especially Ingrid on reception. Shuttle was very useful and a great asset as the center is quite difficult to get to but you are aware of this before you go. The only downside was as it was a very reasonable price some people were definitely getting their monies worth with the drink and were very vocal. Overall though a great deal and a lovely break.
Rated as a four star hotel, it definitely in my opinion is at best a 3 star. The room we were first offered smelled of drains so we switched. The second room was better if dated. Small double bed which wasn’t great. Air conditioning was very weak, Although you can pay to upgrade. I would advise you do. The pool area was nice enough. And lots of activities on daily Lots of stairs though throughout hotel so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. The food was okay if repetitive. But what was there was nice enough. There were queues at times to get into the restaurant so avoid at busy times. Drinks were okay, not great but okay, Security were often on duty at night complete with batons which gives you an idea of some of the clientele, The location itself isn’t great. Quite far back from centre and front of Torremolinos but they did run a shuttle bus. For a budget friendly holiday with kids it’s okay, For us travelling as a couple I wouldn’t return.
The food was good with a great variety on offer. The drinks were good and kept flowing by the friendly bar staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great holiday and would definitely return.
We loved it! Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, lovely pools and lots of activities plus a lovely kids disco and show every night
Staff were excellent! Imed was particularly helpful.
Food wasn’t great quality - a LOT of guests were getting McDonalds delivered. Slightly better selection of food at lunch than dinner Afternoon Snack selection was decent.
Adult only pool had a load of kids in it.
The free shuttle into town didn’t arrive so we had to pay a taxi. We walked in the next night - 25min walk was ok.
