Amazing stay!! The staff are lovely, attentive and welcoming especially Maria on recepion and Sarah in bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious (we both had a double bed) and the decor is great. The food was plentyful and very fresh every day. The hotel is not right in the centre but only a 5-10 min walk away from restaurants and bars. The area of Spain is quiet so don't expect a party atmosphere but we went for quiet so it was lovely. My only gripe is that the hotel did not respond to any emails from me before our stay (even when I used the link from their website and sent emails in English and Spanish) so it worried me that something was wrong. A great stay but they just need to work on replying to emails to be perfect.
Great location, we went for the Weekender Beach Festival. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful, would definitely recommend.
Very nice hotel the cleaning staff dont stop. The cafe bar could do with some more staff they are run off there feet during midday. Anna is very lovely but needs to be like an octopus. The ba fish was amazing that Anna cooked for my husband. And the receptioni staff very helpful with book taxi and helping with any questions also have room for luggage at no charge. Markest how is it roof bar very polite and charming lovely man really enjoyed are 13 nights here. Didn’t have to fight for sun bed either.
A very positive experience. We had a great 9 days stay at the BQ Andalusia Beach Hotel. A well managed facility, staff were very friendly and helpful, quality of food (breakfast and dinner) was great. The cleaning services throughout the whole facility and in the room was tremendously good. Our room was spacious and overlooked the pool side, with an equally adequate balcony. Although the entertainment aimed more for Spanish speaking clients nonetheless, it was fun and of a good variety including games, children entertainment, Flamenco dancing etc.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we will definitely stay again, while not hesitate to recommend the hotel to others.
We had an excellent stay ,4 ngts b&b and have booked again for next year ,only one issue the day we where leaving we had an early check out ie 07.15am and the breakfast doesn't start until 07.30am which is fine,bit we thought that at least we would be able to have maybe fresh fruit and yoghurt and tea and toast instead of only toast , maybe a little more thought for your guests who have an early check out
