This beautiful hotel is located in the centre of Nerja, in a quiet area and only 300 m from Burriana beach. The airport is about 45 minutes away by car. The historic centre and Balcón de Europa is just a 10-15 minute walk away. To relax and enjoy a sunny day, revellers may love to have a refreshing swim in the outdoor swimming pool or sunbathe by its side or in the solarium. Guests can taste the delicious food options the restaurant offers along with its lovely atmosphere or rise their heart rate in the onsite gym. The rooms have been nicely decorated with warm tones to create a welcoming feeling and are equipped with cosy beds and with all the amenities needed to please each guest.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Just back from a great stay in this fantastic hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The room cleaned every day and the food really good. Always plenty of choices at breakfast and eggs cooked to order.
Absolutely lovely 11 nights staying here. Extremely clean. Fantastic staff ( especially reception who are just brilliant). As others have said, rooms are a little small but you still have everything you need. Room cleaned everyday to a high standard. The breakfast choice is great and very nice. The food from pool bar area is available until 10pm. It moves from pool at 5.30 and changes to the bar.at the front. It really is fantastic. They have ab actual proper pizza oven.and make their own dough. The burgurs are honestly the best ive ever had ( including in the usa). This hotel is just a lovely size too. No more massive hotels for me ! I highly reccomend and I will be back next year for sure! Thank you Villa Flamenca , you were great.
Great stay here. Fab pool area and pool bar with great gluten free options. Spotlessly clean. Great shower, very comfy beds and the staff were so nice. Right on the edge of the town, great location but it’s half way up a hill so not for those with mobility issues but Nerja is all hills
This is our second stay at Villa Flemenca and it was just as good as the first. Friendly helpful snd professional staff throughout the hotel. All areas of the hotel are kept to a high level of cleanliness. Great selection for breakfast. We love the poolside bar food there is so much to chose from. We booked the Flemenca room on both occasions and it was perfecf for two sharing. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend this hotel.
A bit of a mixed review. We chose this hotel after reading the sparkling reviews. The only negative being the location on the steep hill. I requested a room with sunny balcony and was told the comfort room had afternoon sun. Our comfort room overlooked the street and was in shade except for early morning . This made the VERY small room dark. The rooms are tiny . Ok for a short stay but not for 2 weeks. That said they were serviced every day to a nice standard and the bathroom was clean and modern. I requested a move to the pool side room but was told that these are identical rooms but there would be an extra charge for the pool view and none were available anyway. Breakfast was plentiful and lots bof choice. The room was large and set up for buffet . The breakfast staff all lovely . I imagined that evening meals would be in the same place but they are only served in the tiny bar area. The bar is an utterly soulless space. It is short staffed with a very long wait for drinks or food. This is crazy because there is a lovely poolside bar area that closes at 7pm that has a lot more space and the breakfast room is also closed . The pool area is nice. Comfortable sun beds and lots of umbrellas . There was no problem with getting a sunbed during our first week but the second week there was a line of people waiting to rush to grab beds as soon as they opened the pool at 9am often leaving them empty till the afternoon. Overall this is a lovely little hotel but bar needs more staff and if you want a nice evening meal there are plenty of restaurants at the bottom of the hill or in the old town.
