The best hotel, serviced by the nicest staff. Everything you could want in a resort. Amazing restaurants, spotless rooms and fantastic service. We have been going every single year and will continue to do so. You cannot beat it.
Great stay with excellent service, a lovely room and very good breakfast.
The only negative was the additional charge for hotel guests to use the beach club pool, which felt unreasonable considering the room rates.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return.
The scenery was magnificent. From the trees, the garden, the architecture, THE STAFF, and the food. Everything was very pleasant.
However, there was one afternoon around 3:00, at the Nobu restaurant station beachfront, the staff was doing their very best, but unfortunately they were short staffed, they were also training a new cook, and the mise en place was not prepared. It took 30 minutes to get a salad and almost another 15 minutes after the salad to get the sashimi.
The confusion was also felt by other guests in the 2 neighboring tables.
Never risk efficiency for money. If you are not able to guarantee efficiency, then simply close the section. We will def go back!

I have stayed at many high-end hotels around the world, and Puente Romano Beach Resort & Spa stands among the very best. Our stay was fantastic from the first moment to the last — no drama, no surprises, no hidden fees, no games. Everything was clear upfront, and every request was handled on time and properly. The staff are genuinely helpful and warm, and the whole property runs with a level of care that is rare. A few restaurants deserve special mention. La Petite Maison was our absolute favorite — the food is phenomenal, exactly as we wanted it: healthy, simple, beautifully prepared. The sea view, the live music at the table, and the service made every meal memorable. Thank you to Manuela and her fellow hostess, and to our waiter Jose — two lovely young women and a wonderful waiter who made us feel looked after. At Cipriani, thank you to Juan and the Italian gentleman who helped us choose the wine — a memorable evening. At the Chiringuitos, thank you to Elena, the hostess, for her kindness and attention. The housekeeping team was outstanding — they came through several times a day, replaced towels without a word, and handled every request with an easy, no-fuss attitude that made everything feel effortless. And the bellmen were the same: luggage, errands, whatever we needed, done with a smile and zero pushback. From the cleaning ladies all the way to the bellmen, everyone we met was fantastic. We will be back.
